Generation Alpha, children born between 2010 and 2024, are growing up in an age of technology, secularism, and increasing global connectivity. 

For church leaders, this "seismic generational shift" presents both challenges and opportunities.

Before diving into specific strategies, it is essential to first understand who Generation Alpha is. This group is vastly different from previous generations, shaped by technologies that were only imagined just a decade ago.

Secularism is nothing new, but it has accelerated at a staggering pace among younger generations, particularly in the West.
