S3 Ep4 - The WOW Show with Jude Kelly live in Twickenham
The WOW Show is back – this time, as a podcast! Join WOW - Women of the World Founder Jude Kelly for a powerful new series recorded live across the UK, capturing the raw energy, laughter, and passion of last October’s tour.
Each episode dives into the big issues shaping our lives – from the personal to the political. Expect frank conversations on gender equality, the realities of being a woman today, and the fight for a fairer world. In this episode, recorded live at Twickenham Exchange, Jude is joined by four incredible local heroes.
Natalie O’Rourke runs Park Lane Stables, providing opportunities and a safe haven for people with additional needs, and tirelessly campaigned to raise over £1million to secure a permanent location.
Jill Lorimer is Head of Campaigns for Women’s Equality Party Richmond, which hosts a monthly vigil on Twickenham Green calling for an end to violence against women and girls.
Shashi and Pallu Patel run Meet and Deep Newsagents and are at the heart of their local community, offering a warm space and a personal connection to those who might not find it elsewhere.
