The sixth and final episode in our new limited series How to Change the Conversation asks: How much power do women working in the media really have? As diversity drives slowly change the demographic of who we see in the news and on screen, is there similar change happening behind the scenes, in the places of real power and influence? We bring this series to a conclusion asking are women able to define their own model of leadership and power, or do they have to behave in a certain way to survive?
