In Genesis 12:1–8, God calls Abram to leave everything familiar and step into an unknown future—but not alone. Just as God surrounded Abram with promises, so he surrounds us as we face life's many "unknowns." As often as God challenges our comfort zone, so he also reaffirms his love and grace to us, and promises to never forsake us. Wherever God leads, he goes with us in grace, fulfilled for us through Jesus Christ.
