Every February we see the same posts. Beautiful sentiment, but vague support doesn't actually move the needle.
In this episode, I'm calling us in (lovingly) to do more. Especially in a political climate where sex workers' voices are being silenced, visibility and intentional support matter more than ever.
This is a playful but honest conversation about what real support looks like inside and around the industry: saying Black colleagues' names out loud, featuring them on your platforms, and making support ongoing instead of seasonal.
No guilt, no performative speeches. Just practical ways to show up better and be intentional with our audiences and the influence we already have.
