Perhaps we just need to smile more. Life doesn’t have to be as serious as we make it.
The sun rises, the sun sets, and tomorrow is another day with more opportunities to be happy coming your way. Notice them, appreciate them, and be grateful for being alive.

Take time for laughter, lots of it, take time to smile. Seek out the humor in every situation. Seek out the joy- even if it’s so small you can barely find it.

Start smiling at strangers, smile at yourself in the mirror each morning. Smile for no reason!
