You Are Not Unloveable

Being rejected, neglected, misunderstood or ignored doesn’t mean that there is a problem with YOU. It doesn’t make you difficult, unwanted or unlovable. And it doesn’t mean you are inadequate, or unworthy of love.

All it means is that the relationship wasn’t the right fit. Not everyone is going to be able to recognize your light, you worthiness, your specialness, your love. Not everyone is capable of an open, loving relationship. But your worth isn’t dictated by the opinion of others anyway, especially those that do not recognize it.

So stop focusing on the rejection of someone that isn’t the right one, and start holding onto all the wonderful people that know how to love you for you, and do.
