The people you hang out with today are shaping the person you will be tomorrow. Make sure they are supportive, and make you feel heard.  Make sure they believe in your goals, and are someone you wouldn’t hesitate to call in the middle of the night when you are feeling alone.

Stay away from people who point out your flaws, and make you feel small. Avoid people who tell you to change, talk over you, or tell you your dreams are impossible.
