Anger is information. Sadness is information. Anxiety is information.
Your emotions are insight not personality flaws. Stop trying to fix them. Start trying to read them. They’re telling you something useful.

Anger says “look into what you’re afraid to lose. “
Guilt says “you’re not aligned with your values. “
Fear says “you’re being challenged to grow. “
Shame says “work on your sense of self-worth. “
Anxiety says “learn to quiet your mind.”
Sadness says “pay attention to what is lacking.”
Resentment says “work on your victim mentality. “

When you refuse to embrace your negative emotions, you are refusing to heal the part of you that was triggered.  Sit with them. Learn from them.
