If you are unhappy, unhealthy, or unmotivated, you can't look to someone else to fix it. They can be your cheerleader but it must start with you.
YOU must decide that things need to change and then YOU must commit to making it happen.
The only person that is coming to save you is the version of you that is tired of your current situation.
