RubyAnn created Northern Soul Chocolate by fusing traditional chocolate techniques with the wild beauty and natural richness of the Great Plains. Her intention to be a presence of healing and pleasure in the food industry.
Rebecca owns Simple Sugar LLC, a cotton candy company. Simple Sugar specializes in uniquely flavored cotton candy, made with a simple recipe of beet sugar and syrups from local produce. Rebecca and her husband, Mark, started Simple Sugar in October 2018 so their daughter, who has food multiple food allergies, could enjoy a moment of sweetness.
