Welcome to this English lesson where you will learn some English phrases to talk about worry. Sometimes in life you get worried. There are things that can happen outside of your control and they can be stressful. In this English lesson I'll talk about a recent stressful experience that I had and I'll teach you the phrases that I used as a native speaker during my time of stress and worry.

You'll learn English phrases like, "to be weighed down", "to pull one's hair out", "climbing the walls" and more!

I hope you enjoy this English class about worry and stress, and I hope it doesn't cause you any stress as an English learner!
