See that's called learning Glow We're learning Alright moving on Another odd cop story So this judge tossed out a sex assault conviction after sheriff deputy spoke to the jury and don't get our court system So Glo, this guy actually pled guilty to a sex assault. They found woman running down the street In Barrie Yeah in Barrie I think she came across this guy on the railroad tracks and he assaulted her You got lots of questions there Glo Yeah Like who runs down on rail road tracks? So she was walking along the railroad tracks. Okay, walking? I can see you walking You're in Barrie maybe just like going for a walk and it's like No tracks go through the town so maybe you're trying to get from here It is easy find your way back Yeah that right Like breadcrumbs Anyway don't even make light of her being sexually assaulted He forced himself on he raped and forced her to perform oral sex acts at a granite tower near the tracks. Yeah and then they had They tossed The judge toss it out because we found out that one sheriff told member jury that This guys was incarcerated He wasn in jail He's going from jail to the courthouse, to the jail. That doesn't sound like it is enough I mean anybody would know that he is in jail right? Or no They don' tell... They don bring him into handcuffs maybe And they really know So was this for other things right or just waiting Was just waiting Maybe thats a point It wasn´d just for other things Which would change jury mind A little bit I don't know. It's just weird Why do we like have all these rules around juries? Like why don'y they grab the jury bring them in a room and say oh you shouldn've known that Does it actually does it really change your opinion No, they were like not at all Okay But then on an appeal some other judge would says wait minute You know But why do we not let our juries have all possible information if it's true? That is a good question. You know, somebody who has maybe done this before... A lot of times they won't allow that This guy has raped women every year for the last 10 years but don' tell the jury that because i might taint their verdict Right And I guess thi cop got suspended or something For THAT?!
