RUCKCast 73 - The Evolution that is RUCKUS One

John Deegan: Here we go.

John Deegan: Good afternoon, Mr. Palmer. How are you, sir?

Jim Palmer: Doing good, John, how are you doing?

John Deegan: A little smokey, but not too bad.

Jim Palmer: That's right. You are on the East coast. How's it?

John Deegan: I am. It's a little bit better today than yesterday, but it doesn't look quite as apocalyptic, but Thanks Canada. But anyways, other than that, you know, I get to record with you.

It's, it's a good day.

Jim Palmer: Yeah. So, we gotta be, we gotta be careful today though.

John Deegan: Why's that?

Jim Palmer: we have my boss on

John Deegan: Uh oh,

Jim Palmer: so like, we actually have to like, pretend like we know what we're doing and be like, behave and everything because,

John Deegan: and I'm. Yeah, I swear he didn't put me up to this, but he's a wonderful employee.

Jim's a wonderful person. He's a great, tremendous asset at RUCKUS. The check. I'll send you the address in Slack, Jim. All I'm kidding. I'm kidding. actually I'm not. He is really a really good, guy to work with. But so who's our, you, you wanna do the intro? You've, you've let everybody know he's your boss, but you didn't actually tell us anything about

him.

Jim Palmer: Well, he is my boss. I mean, that's all. I'll let him introduce himself, but yeah, so if I'm, if I'm like extra like behaved today, now you know why so, so Mittal. Why don't, why don't you explain how a great boss you are for me? I

Mittal Parekh: excellent. John and Jim, first of all, guys, thanks for inviting me to this podcast.

This is my first time here, so if I misbehave, let me know. Okay. So for the listeners, I am Mittal Parekh. I am responsible for everything marketing here at RUCKUS Networks, and Jim has already told you that I'm his boss, so I don't need to say that. Uh uh. Yes, I can attest to the fact, John, that he is a very well behaved employee.

I, one of the most productive ones. So, happy to have him on the team. again. So let's get going. You guys,

Jim Palmer: You guys are gonna cost me a lot of money by this. I mean, now I gotta send out two checks.

John Deegan: Oh, you know, I'll save you the postage. You can send it. Venmo. How's that? Okay, so save.

Jim Palmer: So we brought, we, so we brought Mittal on for a reason.

And now, and well, he's my boss. So there's reason number one, but there's actually two reasons why we brought Mittal on. And the, the second reason is, yesterday RUCKUS announced a brand new cloud platform and we brought Mittal on here to, and he's gonna tell us all about it. So, so Mittal. if I were understand from the press release, it's a thing called RUCKUS One.

So can you walk us through what is RUCKUS One?

Mittal Parekh: Thank you. Excellent. Yes. So, I'm hoping that at least you both have read the press release by now. It's been 24 hours, but, for the rest of the listeners, so is. Let me first give you templatized one that we all have made sure everybody, regurgitates all the time.

And then we are gonna unpack like humans, okay? So it's first and foremost, it's  AI driven. So now, this particular platform is going to manage the entire RUCKUS portfolio of offerings, right? So, multiple access networks being managed. We have one single integrated platform and at the heart of it is artificial intelligence.

Okay? So it's, if I could now tell you the right definition for the right audience, so to speak, it cater to more than just it. That's why we call it, it's a AI driven network management and assurance. Service delivery and business intelligent platform for the first time, Jim and John, we are now able to go and knock at more than one doors.

It's not just about IT anymore. It's about IT. It about, it's about C-level executives. It's about, it's about mid-level management. It's about line of business buyers. So with this now we are able to approach more than one constituencies with this one single platform. Does this give you a little bit more color on what RUCKUS One is?

John Deegan: It's a good, good, foundation. Yeah, I would say so. Thank you. So with that foundation put out there, so I'm, you know, I've been in RUCKUS a couple years and anybody listening is probably, hopefully. Familiar with what we do. So we had RUCKUS Cloud, right? So what's the, the thought be behind RUCKUS One?

What's this is replacing RUCKUS Cloud. This is an upgrade. What's the, what's the need there? What's the, what's the benefit?

Mittal Parekh: Well, alright, so, so John, here's the, this is pretty personal for me. Okay. Why do I say that? I joined RUCKUS Networks or CommScope. As the product marketing person for what we call RUCKUS Cloud Wi-Fi.

Okay, so let's go back a quick history lesson here. In 2016, RUCKUS launched something called RUCKUS Cloud Wi-Fi. The very first cloud managed Wi-Fi platform, right? As in we only managed Wi-Fi via cloud, and it took a shape of its own, as in everybody realized that, wow, it's, you know, RUCKUS is known for great Wi-Fi and now comes an ability to manage.

Via cloud. Okay. The very first one is like best Wi-Fi industry's perceived best. Wi-Fi now is managed via cloud. Well, that led us based on partner and customer feedback. Is it? Why would I want to stop managing only Wi-Fi APs? Why would you not want me to manage your ICX switches? Well enter RUCKUS Cloud.

We expanded the scope of that cloud managed platform to include both Wi-Fi and wired connectivity. That took a whole new shape in the market in terms of, adoption, in terms of us getting feedback from partners who became resellers value added resellers of this platform. And lo and behold, 2023 and we are here is RUCKUS one.

Right? It's so in one way it's an evolution of what started the movement that started in the year 2016 with RUCKUS Cloud Wi-Fi. So it's not new, it's an evolution. And for the first time, we are bringing everything that RUCKUS has to offer under one single platform. So if now to answer your exact question that you asked me.

Is RUCKUS Cloud going away? And the answer is, is RUCKUS Cloud is evolving into RUCKUS One. So it's not about growing away, it's like it's growing into RUCKUS One.

Nice.

Jim Palmer: Okay. Okay, so this is the. This is the evolution of RUCKUS, subscription based, service that, RUCKUS hosts and, customers or managed service providers, whoever. Then, you know, so it's a subscription model, that RUCKUS in our own cloud, in whatever. Yeah. Cloud. And then, so that's, so it's still that same idea and that same.

Offering just an evolution of it.

Mittal Parekh: That's correct. That's correct, yes.

All right. So

Jim Palmer: I've had a chance to look at it, as a, as a RUCKUS employee. And there's some things that I noticed when I was able to log into it for the first time. And I'm curious, when somebody else logs into it, what is the first thing that.

you think they're gonna notice? What's the first thing that you hope that they notice? I mean, what as a, as a, as somebody who sees RUCKUS one for the first time, what, what is it that you hope sort of catches their eye or their attention and they're drawn to?

Alright, so,

Mittal Parekh: Because I'm responsible for this.

You might, my views are tainted, but I'm going to give you, you know, unadulterated or a neutral view. The very first thing I want, and I wish everybody notices. Is that suddenly the swivel chair or their habit of alt tabbing has gone away. Okay? So if you are from IT, you probably know what I'm talking about.

Is that now No more, switching across multiple, management consoles, be it, you know, on your 56 inch monitor or even a, a, a browser tab or nothing. The very first thing I wish everybody notices is that management of. Multiple access networks such as let's just start with wired and wireless and then we'll expand the scope right on one single GUI.

Right? As simple as that, as to sitting right there, you are managing your Wi-Fi, APs piece switches and more. The very first thing. The second immediate thing, if they don't notice this, believe me, I will consider this to be a little bit of a, a setback on our ability to provide the right ui, UX, and HCI I human computer interaction.

And the second thing I want them to notice right away is how we are leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide them with what matters to them the most. For example, if you ask any IT person, in fact, I have an infographic, A day in the life of an IT person. Guess who the persona is?

That's, Jim. We, we named that guy Jim. And the first thing we mentioned in that one is, you know, Jim as an IT guy. It's not like he, he wants to fix the whole world. He just wants to go back home at 5:00 PM to his family. Wrapping up all the troubleshooting and what have you. Now bringing that concept back to RUCKUS one, right on its management panel.

First thing they are going to see is how we are delivering AI and ML based, Troubleshooting incident detection in, how to fix those instances so the entire life of their incident management is right there in front of their eyes, right? If everything looks green, keep going. Leave at 4 59. Why wait till 5:00 PM That's the second thing I want them to know.

Notice, right as soon as they log in, is that AI driven. Assurance piece is right in front of their eyes. Okay? And the third one that I want everybody to notice, and I hope everybody notices, is the simplicity. See, generally the laws of physics says that more things you pack into a given element or in, in a given structure, things get complex, right?

Complex to deploy, complex to manage, and complex to fix. So how do you remove that complexity and keep, still, keep it simple. So third thing I wish they all notice is say onboarding an AP is just as simple as onboarding a switch, right? If you can click next button, you have arrived. So if they notice three things, I think we have done a fairly good job.

We can always unpack other things later on.

Jim Palmer: I would like to point out that I, I do want to fix the entire world, so just putting that out there. And also, did you notice how nice my boss is? He lets us go sometimes one minute early, so I. Yeah. Everybody else, you know, whose bosses make 'em stay till five. I get to leave at 4:59, so, haha.

John Deegan: I don't know if I can even follow up on that one, but, so, so, all right. So we, we have a, it's, we we're working about this evolutionary leap for RUCKUS Cloud into something that's got a whole lot more to it, right? We're adding a whole. Bunch of, of RUCKUS goodness under the hood for the former RUCKUS Cloud customers, which are now becoming RUCKUS One customers, because it's just an evolution.

It's not a, a new replacement, it's just the evolutionary path. But, so knowing that everybody out there has a cloud offering, without naming names, we're not gonna get into that. This is a RUCKUS podcast. everybody has a cloud offering. What makes RUCKUS One stand out? What's the why? Why should I go RUCKUS one?

Mittal Parekh: All right. So John, now remember you asked for it. Okay. You asked this question. Now I'm gonna take my own sweet time and then we'll parse it out nicely. Hey Jim, you had to say something, Jim,

Jim Palmer: John, I always ask for it, so this is nothing new. Yeah, I

John Deegan: just keep in mind I record with Jim, so I know I open the cans of worms all the time.

It's fine. Yes.

Mittal Parekh: So, okay. Look, you, it's a fair question, right? What's so unique? About RUCKUS. Everybody claims one, some mumbo jumbo, one everything right. That's fine. First and foremost, I want every listener to understand, right? Is that it? Uh uh. If I can say it takes two to tango, or you need two chopsticks to enjoy that ramen, right?

The first one or first chopstick out of that is your Wi-Fi AP or your network element. Okay? And the second one is RUCKUS One. So when I talk about unique selling proposition of RUCKUS One, what's so unique? I always. Insist that please look at it in entirety. Okay, so best Wi-Fi experience, or best, best networking experience, coming from the network element and then best management and assurance's experience.

So now having said that, what's so unique about RUCKUS One? So I, I really urge you to find a similar offering and please again, call me once you find one. It is a confluence of these five things, right? Let's go step by step and, and, at the end, I'm sure you will converge with me on this one. So the first one with RUCKUS One is the unified experience.

Okay. So when it comes to, when I say unified, it's not just about putting wired and wireless or Wi-Fi and switching together, right? It's about IT and OT. It's about more than just access networks coming together. For management and assurance, it's about, user device onboarding and secure network access coming together on the same platform.

It's about integrated way of delivering assurance over these different. Access networks coming in together, it's about being able to expose APIs and making sure that other third party, as well as RUCKUS offerings are integrated and being presented to more than just it on one single, one single platform.

Right. And did I tell you that? It also has something called service catalog integrated in that one. And what that means is, you will go, or IT is able to go and turn on a given service on that platform built in to that one as in or readily available for them to enjoy. So we are taking the word unified to a whole new level with RUCKUS One, and that's just one differentiator.

Right. Now, let's talk about efficiency. Okay. Only when you start playing with it, you'll realize from IT perspective. Let's just take one, stakeholder in here. Okay. The efficiency goes through the roof and thanks to, first of all, great network elements like RUCKUS, Wi-Fi, where we hear time and again, it just works.

So, and add to that, a layer of efficiency that's. introduced by artificial intelligence. Right now, think about it. One of my managed services provider end customer, msp, they said that so many times we fix it before the end customer realizes. So imagine that efficiency from it comes from being able to do something very efficiently, right?

Recommendations, AI recommendations is like, 24 by 3, 65 by seven scanning of your network, and it tells it how to make it better all the time. Last, when have you heard IT optimizing that network? You know, they barely can keep it fixed all the time. Right now. Efficiency comes from all these things. Restful API, you can, IT can probably write all the scripts all day long if they don't want to log in.

Think about it, just the efficiency piece. I can go, we can have like five more podcast volumes on just the efficiency part of it with all those 25 elements knocked off. Right? But for now, that's good enough. so that's a second differentiation, right? Scalability. Let's talk about scalability just of it.

RUCKUS One is, based on modern microservices architecture. So everybody goes and claims that, right? Nothing new. I totally get it right. But at the same time, when you are a cloud first or a cloud native platform, right, scalability, you don't have a step function. You can go pretty much in finite number of network elements and you are not going to feel the pinch.

And the flex scalability comes from variety of licensing arrangements that this platform is going to offer. But let's keep it at that for now. And then again, I am more than happy to unpack with you on, let's talk about the fourth differentiator. Flexibility. Okay. Let me pause just there and, and say, look, when everybody says flexibility, they are looking at only one dimension.

Now for me, This is about, it's like playing a 4D chess on flexibility, just the deployment piece of it, right? You can go all cloud native if you like, which is how we anticipate many of our customers. Well, soon they will say, you know what? I need to have some on-prem boxes, or I need to have some on-prem presence.

I need to have a hybrid mode of deployment. That's welcome too. Flexibility comes from flexibility of licensing, right? As to, for example, we are not going to bind you or hold you hostage. There are various flexible licensing option that allows managed service provider, that allows end customer to adopt it the way you want it.

We are like, have it your way. Even when it comes to con deploying and consuming the platform, that's the flexibility we are talking about. And the fifth and the most important one, John, is about extensibility. Right? Nobody, you know, we, we really dislike when. You get a car, you buy a car spending thousands of dollars, and the very next day, oh yeah, the newer version came out, or this new new, trim came out and your car is old.

Right. Are you able to keep it current all the time? Now the same thing applies with this kind of platforms, right? Are you able to extend this platform? Are you able to add more feature functionality as days, months, years go by? And RUCKUS One does a, an absolutely amazing job of, allowing others to use the restful APIs, allowing, RUCKUS as well as partners to leverage the service catalog within that.

So that IT and line of business buyers can use this, it can, it extends and meets those newly identified business needs. Does this give you some idea as in, I can go on and on, but look, the confluence of these five, John and Jim. And I, I can, I, I can sense Jim smiling and laughing probably is like, dude, this guy, when is he going to stop?

But hey,

John Deegan: no, it's, it's good. It's,

Mittal Parekh: that's the, that's the differentiator, man.

John Deegan: It's good. And so, so I, I, I know we didn't get into the specifics of it, but, so does this work on any AP or any RUCKUS ap or is there like a cutoff if I'm, you know, I'm, I'm shopping the, the, the secondhand RUCKUS APs and I wanna, you know, maybe not secondhand.

Why would you buy, buy new, What's, what's the, you know, what's the cutoff? Is there like a, a RUCKUS one AP that I have to buy?

Mittal Parekh: Alright, so let's, and and again, we are gonna keep this real. Okay? So the RUCKUS One platform is for RUCKUS APs, right? This is not about it managing any third party AP. That's, let's get that out of the way now, within RUCKUS family, right?

Considering that we are in 2023, what if I told you both gentlemen that any RUCKUS AP. Or All RUCKUS AP after 2016 are compatible with RUCKUS One. Now, even with 2016 circa 2016, like, I would say based on the phone where you have, you probably can upgrade and, and use those as well. So now think about it, right?

Last six, years or six or seven years of your APs that you've purchased or you bought can be onboarded on RUCKUS One, I think. If I, I've been in this industry far too long to understand that, it is perfectly okay. You know, Wi-Fi refresh cycle is within this six, seven years period, so, We can safely say that, if you still are holding onto your circa 2016 APs, they will be onboarded as in, you can definitely onboard those on RUCKUS one or any AP after that.

Does that from, you know, you guys probably have more IT experience than I do. Do you believe that's a, that's a fair, all that's,

John Deegan: that's, that's a really good answer. I mean, at the end of the day, like you said, 2016 on, that's basically any. Modern AP that any enterprise would wanna be running. pretty much so that's, that's actually

pretty cool.

Mittal Parekh: And by the way, we do maintain a website that we, we keep it current on what APs are compatible with RUCKUS One.

John Deegan: I feel like that's gonna go on the show notes.

Mittal Parekh: So we always keep that one, that way nobody has to guess. Okay. We always, at RUCKUS always keep it real. So always the URL to that, that,  you know, network elements supported on RUCKUS Cloud and RUCKUS One.

We'll keep, we'll always take it in the podcast somewhere here in the channel.

Jim Palmer: Yeah, we got some, we got some show notes. So that's, that's easy to put in there. so what is the one thing, cuz you've, you've gone through, you know, your, the five different, You know, differentiators and, and before I get to my question, I just wanna say I like the fact that.

Simplicity was something that you talked a lot about because there are so many times when, and John and I have done this in the past with, in our previous lives, where you would log into a controller or you'd log into something and it would take you five minutes just to figure out what it is you were looking at.

And so you almost feel like you had to, you know, Have a class just to run the interface. Not, not like, oh, how do I build a network? Or how do I manage APs? How do I do any of that stuff? It was always like, you know, I, I need to know where to go click and look at stuff. And so it's, again, I, I've been able to look at it and I've been able to kind of play around with it.

And I like the way that, and that's something that's big to me is that it flows. It just sort of, it's, you know, you're not hunting and pecking. It's it. Things seem to be in logical places like where I would expect to go find it. It's there. And so thank you for, for the RUCKUS team and for you, for all the people who worked on this.

I know it was a huge team, but that simplicity part because when you know at two o'clock in the morning when the phone rings, the last thing you want to be doing is trying to remember where did you know where was this one thing that got stashed? So, and yes. Jim, the network engineer who wants to go home at at five o'clock appreciates that.

so if there's one thing that you would want the listeners to take away from our conversation here today, what, what would it be? What would be the one thing where you'd be like, if you, if you, if you don't remember anything else, or if you, you, you fell asleep while you were driving and then you're waking up at the end.

what's the one thing that you would like people listening to take away from? Our conversation today.

Mittal Parekh: Alright, so the very first thing and only one thing that I want our listeners to take away is focus on delivering the best end user experience and walk backwards into selecting the right. Hardware and software combination that will allow you to deliver that best end user experience.

Right? Let's start with that one and walk backwards into that a little further, and that means always make sure that both the elements, which is the great networking elements, evaluate, evaluate, evaluate. Look, I introduce myself. I am responsible for marketing. Unfortunately, Jim and John, All of us marketers go to the same shop and get our brochures done.

And what does it mean is that when an end customer is looking at it, everything looks the same? Well, the difference comes out when you actually put it in practice. So the first, the only thing I want listeners to walk away with it is go and ask your vendor for a trial. Okay. Try out their hardware platform.

Those, their hardware elements such as APs and switches. Ask them, Hey, can I get a trial for my, for your network management platform? Guess what? I am willing to, and, and for all these listeners, they have 90 days trial available to challenge me, right? Get an AP, go and hop onto RUCKUS one. Experience this goodness for yourself, right?

Everything that I just mentioned. So the one thing that I will ask all the listeners to, take away from this one, if nothing else, forget everything else. It is just that do not read the brochure and make a decision. Always ask for a trial, and if anybody tells you that, oh, hardware has become commodity, so you don't need the trial for that one.

Every AP is the same. Well, You don't want to believe that. Okay? You want to put it in practice and experience the goodness for yourself. And then when you are ready, call Mittal and we will make sure you get hooked up with a free trial.

John Deegan: All right, so I'm gonna put Mittal's cell phone number in the show notes as well.

Jim Palmer: Yeah, that the number's one 800 called Jim's boss. and it,

John Deegan: but I think it redirects to a Denver number.

Mittal Parekh: And make sure you do it at 2:00 AM Denver time

John Deegan: oof.

Mittal Parekh: No,

John Deegan: he might be out, who knows,

but no, you, you are, you hit the nail on the head. Actually. I like the, I like dropping in the, the trial, the, the, the, and as the SE, SCs exist to set up those trials and, and get them running.

So if there is anybody that's listening that, that wants to get one done, you know, reach out. Find one of us and we'll get you to the right person. Because the trial, I mean the proof is in the pudding. Yes. You know, we, we've, we've all used a variety of different platforms. I'm not saying this because it's recorded, I'm saying this cuz it's true.

I'm, I'm using what I use because it's, it's really, really good and, you know, I use it at home and I use my, my kids are my toughest customers. and, they're happy So, Yeah, definitely, definitely get the trial, give it a shot. I've liked what I've seen from RUCKUS One. I love our hardware, so a hundred percent agreed.

Jim Palmer: Yeah. You know, it's funny, I wrote a blog when I first joined RUCKUS and was it, I, I wrote a blog, but anyway, and I was talking about the fact that No, so, but it's, it's to Mittal's point, right? And, and the simplicity and the, and the point of the hardware is cuz when I, I went to an event, I was with me and a lady we know named Mo Williams.

Mittal Parekh: Mm-hmm.

Jim Palmer: And Mo had me deploy some RUCKUS APs and I came back and I looked at her square in the face and I said, this will never, never work, based on all of my knowledge of how APs are deployed, how you know you're supposed to do things and all this other stuff. And then I proceeded to basically stand over her shoulder for like three days and watch her, run the network for this, this event.

And I was like, ev, every question that came in, I mean, you know, and it was a big event. I think there was like 25,000 people there. And every, every person that came in and every question, it was just like, oh, you have a question about this? I can find that. And within like a click or two, she was able to, I mean, it was just right at her fingertips.

And the, and the hardware performed unlike anything that I'd ever seen. So. I will, I will. I I can't second it cuz John already seconded it. But I will, I will, I will put my endorsement behind that if, if you haven't tried, you, you have to give it a, you have to give it a, a test drive and so get ahold of John or Mittal, cuz I keep.

I'm just, I don't know what I am. So get ahold of John cuz he's an SE and he can help you out. He likes setting this stuff up. He said it, it's recorded. and, and, and take it for a test drive and, and see if Mittal is, is, is, you know, blowing smoke or his or his Mittal on track here with his, with his, his explanation of RUCKUS One.

Mittal Parekh: And, and, and in all genuineness, gentlemen, I would want to get some feedback, right? If your listeners are going to start a trial, please do come back to us. First name dot, last name commscope.com. Send an email, right? And let us know whether you liked it. And look, the thing is we will grow together. So always, any and every comment is always welcome.

Jim Palmer: That's a, that's a brave statement. And, and quite honestly, I'm curious too, so yeah, we'll put some, we'll, if you, if you try it, let us know. And, hell, if you really like it, we might even have, you know, you know what we should do, John, is we need to do an episode with people who've tried RUCKUS One.

That would be interesting. and just, just bring a couple of 'em on maybe. Well, we should talk about that, cuz that sounds like a good idea and I can't believe I had it.

John Deegan: And best yet, it's recorded so you won't forget you had it. Or you can and you'll just have to come back and listen.

Jim Palmer: Well, no, I just, I just won't listen to that part of the episode.

I'll be like, I don't know John, it just, the episode ended it at like, 30 minutes and 30 seconds. So I don't know what happened

John Deegan: after that. I'll just text you the, the audio clip in perpetuity.

Mittal Parekh: So as that's manager, I volunteered him for that exercise. How about that? I think that would be good. Excellent. I would love to have somebody who is, who has tried and, on this podcast and listen to them.

So I second that. Thank you.

Jim Palmer: So since I've been voluntold, I'm actually gonna leave two minutes early today, so just because, just to make, just to make up for being voluntold. That's it. 4 58, I'm out.

John Deegan: That, that commute is gonna get to you, right, Jim?

Jim Palmer: Yeah. That two minutes is gonna make a big difference. So

John Deegan: You can, you can walk downstairs a little bit faster or slower.

Yeah. Oh. But, so,

Jim Palmer: all right.

John Deegan: I, yeah, I think that that covers it from our questions that we had, but Mittal, I don't know if you have anything else that you wanted to hit on. Is this is your, your Steve Jobs, like one more thing moment. or if there's a lot more to cover and it sounds like there is with RUCKUS One being, you know, such a, you know, an evolutionary platform for us, we can always, you know, bring you back up for a, a follow up episode and really get into some of the, The really cool bits under the hood.

Mittal Parekh: So,  first of all, thanks again for bringing me to this podcast. And I'll tell you something, if there's an opportunity, I would love to come back and explore what's in it for different stakeholders. See, my biggest gripe. With our industry, right? Is that everybody talks about IT and the next breath is AI Ops. World is way more than just IT and just AI Ops, okay?

There are lot, many things that our listeners can benefit from, and in their environment they will be able to relate to it. So as and when you feel comfortable, the time is right. Let's unpack a bit, about what's in it. For more than just, it more's in it for CXOs. What's in it for mid-level management?

What's in it for line of business buyers? Right. How does RUCKUS One change their, outcomes? Right. We have, we RUCKUS One, we have put everybody on a notice that says, guys, you know, but there is no reason you cannot, set some KPIs. Use RUCKUS One and make sure you meet or beat those key performance indicators in whatever walk of life you are in, in an enterprise, right?

And go and ask for more resources. Go and ask your boss, or more money, more resources, more comfort, what have you. We should definitely unpack all those aspects of RUCKUS One, like more than just IT, let's say, put it that way.

Jim Palmer: Now I'm. I'm just gonna go out on a limb and say, as the boss of one of the co-hosts, you're probably more than welcome to come back again and talk about pretty much whatever you want, boss.

Mittal Parekh: So, I, I welcome that and, again, listeners, if you all like what you heard and you want to know more about how we are, enabling our partners to open more than just one door. Right. In order to deliver this goodness, let us know and I'll be back. Thank you gentlemen.

Jim Palmer: Awesome.

John Deegan: Well, all right. thank you very much, Mittal.

I appreciate it and, and like Jim said, the invitation, not that it needed to be stated, but you've got a pretty easy, access to both of us and, more than happy to have you on. we love having guests that are happy to be here. Once we really love having guests come back. means they've got some interesting stuff to talk about and it gives us, you know, helps us fill the schedule, which, I'm sure makes Jim very, very happy.

but so I don't have anything else. so Jim, if you don't, we can call this one a wrap and we'll, we'll send this one home.

Jim Palmer: No .

Thanks. Thanks boss for coming on and talking. RUCKUS One.

Mittal Parekh: Hey, thanks Jim and John. Happy to be here.

John Deegan: All right. Thanks everybody. Have a good one and we'll, we'll catch in a couple weeks.

Jim Palmer: Yeah.

John Deegan: Yes, I changed the music, Jim.
