"Senior Salute" - Trust #4

Without trust, you will never have a great team!

We move into the second week of our 7-week series based on my book, "Senior Salute," which I wrote as a follow-up to my most popular book ever, "Inspiration for the Graduate." Both are gift books for coaches or parents to give to their senior athletes. "Inspiration for the Graduate" makes for a great graduation gift, and "Senior Salute" is a great gift to give on Senior Night or at the End-of-Season Banquet. Each book is filled with quotes based on various Team Themes that, hopefully, the coaches have talked with and worked on with their teams at some point in the season. 

The theme for this week is "Trust." To have any chance at sustained success on your teams, you must have trust. And that trust has to be between a lot of different people. You will hear five quotes in today's episode that will talk about the importance of trust in various situations.
