Meet Alexandra Shytsman

Recipe developer, writer, photographer, and founder of The New Baguette, a plant-based cooking blog. My mission is to promote wellness through food and inspire others to cook more healthy meals at home. I'm the author of Friendsgiving and co-author of The Complete Vegan Cookbook. I also teach food photography and plant-based cooking classes at ICE and contribute to sites like The Kitchn and Food52.
