When it comes to laying things down, there are some tools that can help. Things like community, confession & counseling are our friends! We also have a foe who seeks to take us out. Being aware of the ways the enemy can creep in is an important part of releasing the things in our life that need to go.

Therapist and growth coach Keisha Polonio joins us for this conversation. Over the past 20 years, Keisha has been honored to serve vulnerable people whose voices often go unheard as a child welfare manager, advocate for sex-trafficked survivors, and nonprofit leader. As a therapist, she continues to bring healing to her community one therapy session at a time. Today, we get the gift of her expertise here on the podcast!

Keisha talks with Mandie and Delaney about the value of counseling, the need for safe community, and the healing power of confession. Keisha shares insight and wisdom regarding personal healing, identifying blindspots, and what it looks like to  "hold space" for the next generation. Don't miss this!

We invite you to pull up a seat and join us at this table of brave conversation!
