Pathway to Profit as a Part Time Yoga Teacher

32. The big myth around niching as a yoga teacher

Shona Garner Episode 32

In the last episode of this podcast I talked about why nailing your niche is probably one of the best things you can do to build a sustainable business as a yoga teacher.

But nailing a niche is not always an easy process and there’s one thing I hear said often that I really do believe can get in the way of getting the niche right as quickly as possible so you can start standing out from the crowd, increasing your visibility and attracting students to you far more easily - and it’s this:

“Do what you love and the money will follow.”

Because the reality is that simply is not true! There are LOTS of struggling, yet passionate yoga teachers, artists, musicians out there!

For many, it’s no more than an expensive hobby - or something they end up doing just for the love of it, but having to pay their bills from some other form of energy expenditure!

Nailing a niche is a process. It takes a bit of careful reflection, research and experimentation.

And I’ve narrowed it down to 5 clear criteria you need to have considered and tested BEFORE you even launch your first iteration of an offer to the world.

In this podcast learn what those 5 key criteria are.

Use it as a checklist for yourself to help you ensure you are in THE best place to launch something to the world, with the greatest chance of success.

And if any of this resonates with you and you’d like to know how I can help you totally nail this niche thing once and for all, creating a sustainable income of £2k to £4k regular monthly income teaching part time then contact me at
