But as we grew bigger and"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":326.78,"endTime":333.38,"body":"had more employees, the work got"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":333.38,"endTime":338.42,"body":"more and more fragmented, like"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":333.38,"endTime":338.42,"body":"we have new rooms. Not everybody"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":338.42,"endTime":342.58,"body":"is sharing the room. We had to"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":338.42,"endTime":342.58,"body":"open communication channels like"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":342.94,"endTime":348.7,"body":"somebody's in the home office"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":342.94,"endTime":348.7,"body":"and not on work. And therefore"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":348.82,"endTime":354.34,"body":"we and most crucial part why it"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":348.82,"endTime":354.34,"body":"became necessary to become more"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":354.34,"endTime":360.36,"body":"agile was we didn't inspect and"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":354.34,"endTime":360.36,"body":"adapt our processes for our"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":360.36,"endTime":364.2,"body":"employees, like it's when I"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":360.36,"endTime":364.2,"body":"joined, we were like eight"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":364.2,"endTime":369.9,"body":"people, and these eight people"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":364.2,"endTime":369.9,"body":"worked like the three people in"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":369.9,"endTime":375.3,"body":"the same room. Nothing else"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":369.9,"endTime":375.3,"body":"changed, and therefore I saw the"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":375.3,"endTime":380.84,"body":"need to improve. I saw the need"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":375.3,"endTime":380.84,"body":"to adapt, and that's where I"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":380.84,"endTime":385.34,"body":"pondered around with frameworks"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":380.84,"endTime":385.34,"body":"that can do that, and mostly the"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":385.34,"endTime":392.66,"body":"two big frameworks I got were"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":385.34,"endTime":392.66,"body":"like Scrum and Kanban. Every"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":392.66,"endTime":397.1,"body":"system has or framework, as you"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":392.66,"endTime":397.1,"body":"will, has trade offs, like,"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":397.76,"endTime":402.04,"body":"Sure, Scrum is really good in a"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":397.76,"endTime":402.04,"body":"project setting if you have"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":402.04,"endTime":407.44,"body":"projects, but it's maybe not so"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":402.04,"endTime":407.44,"body":"good in unplanned work. And"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":407.44,"endTime":411.28,"body":"Kanban is really good in at"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":407.44,"endTime":411.28,"body":"unplanned work, but not good for"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":411.28,"endTime":416.98,"body":"projects. So it was always"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":411.28,"endTime":416.98,"body":"digital to me, to me that to get"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":416.98,"endTime":422.28,"body":"those two together, and I"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":416.98,"endTime":422.28,"body":"thought long and hard, but it"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":422.28,"endTime":428.16,"body":"couldn't. Could not ever figure"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":422.28,"endTime":428.16,"body":"it out on my own. And so I sent"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":428.16,"endTime":436.2,"body":"there and pondered, what the"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":428.16,"endTime":436.2,"body":"hell shall I do? That's what"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":436.26,"endTime":440.3,"body":"that was when I got self"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":436.26,"endTime":440.3,"body":"learning day. We have those. We"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":440.3,"endTime":443.06,"body":"can ponder around and do"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":440.3,"endTime":443.06,"body":"something useful for the"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":443.06,"endTime":449.6,"body":"organization. And that's was,"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":443.06,"endTime":449.6,"body":"that was when I met Alex and his"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":449.6,"endTime":454.22,"body":"training on PSK. And I thought,"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":449.6,"endTime":454.22,"body":"well, that's excellent"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":454.94,"endTime":459.92,"body":"professional Scrum and Kanban"},{"speaker":"Alex Hardt","startTime":454.94,"endTime":459.92,"body":"combined.
