So you can"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":341.38,"endTime":345.94,"body":"be a really great agile leader,"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":346.42,"endTime":350.32,"body":"but not always be 100% present."},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":346.42,"endTime":350.32,"body":"It doesn't mean sitting with the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":350.32,"endTime":354.34,"body":"team, doing everything with them"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":350.32,"endTime":354.34,"body":"every day, but holding the team"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":354.34,"endTime":357.94,"body":"to account when it comes to"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":354.34,"endTime":357.94,"body":"deliverables or when it comes to"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":357.94,"endTime":360.42,"body":"do you know, what you just"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":357.94,"endTime":360.42,"body":"screwed up a little bit over the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":360.42,"endTime":363.12,"body":"last couple of weeks.
