I've been asked to be a guest on a few podcasts that will be airing this month and the topic that is coming up the most is Dressing for Success, and the importance of looking polished. This brings up different thoughts and feelings for women. I hear clients say things like "I don't want to be high maintenance" or "I don't want to spend that much time". What I see is in an effort to be "low maintenance" they actually create "NO maintenance", and that doesn't feel good either. Extremes are easy. It's really easy to go to the land of "High maintenance women" in our minds and if you are currently a low/No maintenance woman then that can feel scary and not in line with your values and time. But I like to toss out extremes and just move the needle a little. Tune into this conversation and let me know what you think!
