Today is July 31st 2025. My name is Dr Abhimanyu Rathore and I am the founder of the Anti-Fragilient Operating System. Here is the anti-fragilient transmission for the day. Here is the anti-frigilin transmission for the day. As a human being, we are made up of six bodies the physical body, which you see on the outside, made up of your body parts. Then your mental body, which is made up of your thoughts, projections, visualizations. Then your emotional body, which is made up of frequencies. Then your spiritual body, which helps you feel expansive or limited. And finally, your electrical body, which is about the electricity that passes through you in terms of the bioelectrical impulses and signals.
Speaker 1:When we want to be at our best, when we want to ensure that we are in alignment, we would like all or most of these bodies to be functioning in harmony with each other, be functioning in harmony with each other, and whatever we interact with in our world either is contributing towards that harmony or is taking our six bodies away from that harmony, our six bodies away from that harmony. Each of these six bodies need to be taken through or taken care of with the help of the four pillars of health. The first pillar of health is stimulus. That means what kind of positive or negative challenges exercises do you put these bodies through? What kind of? After you've put the body through that exercise challenge, positive or negative, then comes the importance of nutrition, because only now the body will be able to absorb that nutrition. Once you've fed it the nutrition, good or bad, once you have fed it the nutrition, good or bad, then the body will during the third pillar, that is, rest. During the pillar of rest, then the body produces toxins which need to be detoxified and that's why the fourth pillar of health is detoxification.
Speaker 1:As we keep the 6x4 matrix in mind, we would be able to see how our choices of food exercise interaction, profession of food exercise interaction profession, the way we spend our time, the way we spend our money, every little bit of it is impacting our lives or not. And if it's impacting, is it impacting it in a positive manner or not? Because, believe it or not, every big or small decision impacts our life On all these six bodies, across one or multiple of these four pillars of health. That's all for today. Thank you very much.
