Today is August 3rd 2025. My name is Dr Abhimanyu Rathore and I am the founder of the Anti-Fragilient Operating System, and here is the anti-fragilient transmission for the day. Yesterday, we had talked about parts and I had helped you recognize that we all have parts, and I had also helped you understand that only you as Self with a capital S can actually help your parts heal. So what is this Self? This Self, very simply, is the seat of consciousness. It is the essential you.
Speaker 1:But here's the interesting thing that this word consciousness is used very loosely and is vague and a lot of people don't understand it. Let's understand consciousness a little bit better. So what exactly is consciousness? For all practical purposes, you can understand consciousness as whatever you are conscious of. What does that mean? That means that if, today, your seat of consciousness is occupied by some of your parts, or maybe one of your parts, and that's why you're feeling upset, angry or whatever, then that's what you're feeling upset, angry or whatever. Then that's what you're conscious about. However, if you're operating out of who you are, that is that self. You know that light in you which started in this body the moment your life began, and it will always be there. That light is something which has never been touched by any mistreatment that any one of us has ever suffered, mistreatment that any one of us has ever suffered. But having said that, you know, hurt, wounded and powerful parts can definitely eclipse the self when they get triggered, and this is pretty much like what happens in solar eclipse and it is pretty much like what happens when the clouds cover the sun on an overcast day. These are the days when these parts can make it difficult for us to find our self, but just like you know that the sun is always there and it's still there, you can be absolutely sure that the self is still there underneath all your parts. So if you have suffered real severe abuse, you know it could be almost impossible to imagine that self exists inside you. However, every human being has a self and it is an inexhaustible source of love that cannot be destroyed. That cannot be destroyed.
Speaker 1:Now let's go through a very short exercise for us to begin experiencing, or recollecting experience of the self-energy, just to get a sense of what you know the self-energy really feels like, and for that I want you to go ahead and you know, close your eyes if you have to, and imagine these following things scenarios that I take you through and notice if there's anything that shifts inside you as you imagine them. Ready, okay, close your eyes. And let's start with the first one. The first one is take a moment to imagine being with a pet you love. Picture yourself stroking them gently or simply sitting next to them. Done Okay, now let's go to the next one. Continue with your eyes closed. Now. Imagine calmly sitting with someone you feel really comfortable with, resting in the awareness that nothing needs to be done or said. Done Okay Now. Here's the final one. Now imagine seeing a 7 year old child Sitting on the curb On the roadside, crying Because they are lost. Picture yourself reassuring them and helping them find their way home.
Speaker 1:So, do you notice any inner spaciousness, curiosity or calm inside? You See, if you notice even a subtle shift toward more inner spaciousness, curiosity or calm, that's a glimpse of self-energy. And if not, no worries. When I meet you tomorrow, we'll go deeper into understanding the characteristics the further characteristics, I must say of the self-energy.
