Today is August 4th 2025. My name is Dr Abhimanyu Rathore and I'm the founder of the Anti-Fragilient Operating System. Here is the Anti-Fragilient Transmission for the day. Yesterday, we had talked about self-energy and we had begun the process of you being able to recognize this ever-present self-energy in you, which is actually who you are, and I took you through three exercises to begin that recognition. If you haven't had a chance of going through that episode, please go, can really help you.

Speaker 1:

Now building further, let's understand the essential characteristics of self-energy. They're pretty logical and once you start looking at it that way and seeing it flow, you'll be able to see their presence in your life, and they're pretty simple to remember too and then to recognize. They're called the nine C's of self-energy, as in C, as in Charlie not S-E-A, but nine C's, yeah, but they feel as expansive as probably nine C's or more. Now, what happens is that when you're connected to who you actually are, that is, yourself, to your essence, you actually are in a state of what is called the self-energy, and that is characterized, as I said, by the nine C's, and the first C out of that is curiosity. So what is curiosity? Curiosity is essentially about you being able to focus your attention inside and then tuning into any thoughts, feelings or sensations that you find. So what you're doing in the process is now you're getting curious about it instead of getting furious about it. Okay, that's a key difference. So now you're like interesting. So one of my favorite words in the world is interesting Anything that I find my parts do. I end up first saying interesting, because that shifts my understanding, it shifts the way I'm looking at that situation and it instantly helps me come back to self-energy, rather than getting blended with the part or the group of parts. And when I do that, it automatically brings out the second C, which is calm. Okay, because now, when I'm focusing inside and I am tending to my part's concerns, you know there is a greater sense of calm that settles over me, right? So when you do the same, you focus inside, and now, with that curiosity, you are tending to all the concerns that your parts are bringing to you. And that leads us to the third C, which is clarity. You know, many a times it happens. It happens with me too, it'll happen with you too. That you know you feel as if all your parts are talking at once, and the fact of the matter is that sometimes they are truly.

Speaker 1:

And as you are now a curious and a calm listener, you will become a better listener. You will now experience new clarity in your inner as well as your outer worlds. Okay, and as you become a better listener, what would it do? It would lead automatically to the next C, which is connectedness. Now, this refers to your ability, okay, to feel connected to all your parts and to others around you as well parts and to others around you as well. And what led to that? What led to that was a simple shift that began with having a view of, or view set of, or a viewpoint of curiosity versus being furious, and that curiosity suddenly made you like a child and took you back to that calm space where you're observing, noticing. Then you had clarity, because now you were all interested in becoming a better listener and therefore you had greater clarity in your inner and outer world.

Speaker 1:

Now, when you became a better listener, there is more information that you could gather about your parts and about people around you. So your sense of connectedness and even how connected your parts will feel to you and how people around you will feel to you, how connected that increases. And as that increases now you know what, as they say, relationships matter the most in a person's life, much more than the materialistic gains or anything else that we can ever fathom. The quality of your relationships is what determines the quality of your life. The quality of your relationships is what determines the quality of your life, and the first relationships that you have are with your paths. So, as these start becoming better because now you are curious, you are calm, you have clarity, you're feeling that sense of connectedness, your confidence grows, you know, and you truly become confident.

Speaker 1:

Okay, and now you start feeling certain that you're worthwhile. And that is even when others disagree with you or oppose you, because you know that even the disagreeing with you is giving you new information, is giving you new ways of understanding them better, even when they oppose you. Right, it actually goes ahead and gives you more ways of understanding them, knowing them, connecting with them. That's what leads to this confidence, and when you're feeling that confidence, that leads naturally to the next C, which is courage. Okay, so this is about having the courage to stand up for you as self and also for others. That is your parts and also to apologize for your mistakes, because you know that there's every situation that can be solved, resolved, gotten rid of. So it changes your attitude suddenly, and now you're not operating out of any small little part or anything which is any closer to ego. You have the courage to say that. You know what I think. The stance that I'm taking here as self is what I would stick to.

Speaker 1:

While you do that, you still go ahead and explain it to your parts, to enroll them, to bring them on right that this is what I'm doing. Why am I doing? And if you have to sometimes take a stance for your parts, okay, or for somebody outside you, you're able to do that because now you're coming from that space, okay, and people don't mind it, your parts don't mind it, okay. And if you go wrong, because we can right, we can, having the guts, having the courage to apologize for your mistakes. Now, how do you do that? Okay, or when you do that, what happens? That opens up a space for you. That courage opens up a space for you of beginning the shift from survival mentality, which all your parts are always stuck on, okay, right To suddenly helping those parts become freer. They'll start freeing up, and when they start freeing up, you know what will happen.

Speaker 1:

Each of these parts which are currently behaving in in a shadow manner, in a shadow frequency. They have a hidden gift. As you, as self, unlock that, okay, creativity blossoms Suddenly in every situation. You'll have creative solutions that will start flowing more effortlessly, more at ease, both inside, okay, your system and generally in life, and you'll be like, oh my God, wow, life feels so easy, life feels so beautiful. And as that is happening, this also leads you to start truly seeing your parts for who they are.

Speaker 1:

You know flawed and all issues and all, but they're real, they're yours and each one of them is hiding, as I said, a gift, a talent, and your being, this presence in their life, unlocks that. And your being, this presence in their life, unlocks that. So this presence of yours becomes that compassion. So you are that compassion now that is able to extend love to your parts, even though you might not like it. You might not like what they're suggesting, feeling or the way they are behaving in that moment. But you understand that unconditional love or this compassion, is something which is exactly that. It's unconditional. You give it all the time Because that's for the space maintenance, that's for who these parts are originally. They're burdened right now, but that doesn't mean that that's who they are. They have the capacity to make you a multifaceted person. Okay, it's like adding these characteristics, these abilities, to yourself. That's what they are. They are amazing. They're just stuck and you're helping them unlock.

Speaker 1:

And when you do all this, when you start doing this, you will suddenly notice another shift. Doing this, you will suddenly notice another shift. You will notice that situations in which you earlier felt stuck because actually it wasn't you feeling stuck, it was your parts feeling stuck and you just blended with them your seat of consciousness, as I talked about in the last session or last episode, was feeling stuck Now, suddenly, you tend to have a choice. Okay, even the toughest of situations look as if there is a choice and you feel freer from within. Okay, you feel there's nothing that is forcing you to do anything and you can choose. What I want you to do is now. This is not an exercise that you need to do with me here, but I want you to remember a time when you felt the presence of any of these nine C's? Yeah, yeah, and also during the coming week, I want you to pay attention to moments when you feel any of the 9Cs and make a mental note of that, because you know what, as I said, anything that you focus on tends to grow. Okay, because whatever you focus on tends to grow. Okay, because whatever you give your attention to right You'll become attentive to, and whatever you become attentive to you'll give your energy to, because attention directs energy. Yeah, and when you start focusing on the nine C's, they'll start growing and you will start noticing these moments more and more, and it would feel as if your life is getting filled with these moments.
