What happens when your inner voices stop competing and start cooperating?
In this episode of Antifragilient OS – NowShift Daily Transmissions, Dr. Abhimanyou Raathore explores the state of effortless self-leadership — a flow where your authentic Self guides, and your parts trust.

Building on the 9 C’s of Self-Energy (curiosity, calm, clarity, connectedness, confidence, courage, creativity, compassion, and choice), this transmission reveals how internal harmony doesn’t come from silencing your parts — but from leading them.

When Self leads, parts begin to unburden.
 Patterns shift.
 Survival gives way to soul.
And suddenly, life begins to feel like a hot knife through butter — smooth, clear, and aligned.

But self-leadership isn’t a static state. It grows as you consistently check in, listen, and lead.
Dr. Raathore shares a simple but powerful practice to begin:

Recall a moment when everything felt calm, clear, and connected.
 That was Self.
Now… where in your life do you need more of that?

This episode also introduces the "Interesting Point of View" mindset — a gateway into compassionate leadership, both within and without.

🎧 Listen in — and join us tomorrow as we explore the many faces of your parts and how to become a more connected, courageous leader from the inside out.

Speaker 1:

Today is August 5th 2025. My name is Dr Abhimanyu Rathore. I am the founder of the Anti-Fragilient Operating System. Here is the anti-fragilient transmission for the day antifragileant transmission for the day. Yesterday, we talked about the nine characteristics, nine C's, of self-energy, and many of you told me that you loved it. Many of you told me that you did experience it, and I know you did, because, yes, the self is always present, as we talked about in the episode of 3rd August. Now let's build on it. And now today might not be that long an episode. However, let's understand self-leadership a little bit Now. When you become self-led, what happens? Okay, it means that now your parts allow you, as self, to serve as an active, clear and a compassionate leader of the system clear and a compassionate leader of the system. So what does a compassionate, clear, active leader do? A compassionate, active, clear leader goes ahead and takes inputs from everybody. So you will take inputs from all your parts. However, you will not allow them to take control. You will decide what's best for every one of your parts and for everybody else involved.

Speaker 1:

Now, in this state. What happens In this state? You know, the parts start releasing the distress, they start coming out of the survival mentality that they had, which they'd been carrying for such a long time that they had which they'd been carrying for such a long time. And this is what restores them to the original ability of moving away from the shadow frequency, shadow behavior, to an unburdened state of gift where they can truly be the talent that they are. Okay, and this is what allows them to become lighter, less reactive and more capable of connection and so much more. And they add the multifaceted ability to you and suddenly people start recognizing and people like oh my God, I never knew you were so talented. Oh my God, you are talented in so many things. And to you it feels effortless because where earlier these parts were pulling you down, now they're contributing to your growth and success, because they know they're staying unburdened is kind of dependent on your leadership, that self-leadership. So what happens as a result? Because you feel connected with them, they feel connected with you. They tell you everything. You listen to them. You know with clarity, actively and compassionately. Now you feel a greater sense of harmony inside you, okay, and now you don't want to run away from situations and you feel present all the time. In the now you know the same power of now that Eckhart Tolle talks about, and so many people have talked about, that. This is the moment. Right now is the only moment you have in time. There's no past, there's no future. So you feel present all the time. Okay, and and interestingly, this is an incremental process Okay, having said that, I want you to understand this that nobody is self-led all the time.

Speaker 1:

Okay, it's a very fluid state and this fluid state, it tends to grow over time, over time, you know. And how does it grow? It grows when your parts get taken care of on a regular basis, when the needs are taken care of on a regular basis. Okay, so that's what self-leadership is all about. And and you know, it's such an addictive state.

Speaker 1:

Of those nine C's, you know which, if you remember, what are the nine C's, do you remember? No, the nine C's are curiosity, calm, clarity, connectedness, confidence, courage, creativity, compassion and choice. If you want to know details about that, go to my episode from August 4th and listen to it. You'll be able to understand it better. Now you know when these nine C's are present, that's when you are in a state of self-leadership, and that is what is called flow, my friends. Okay, and that's what I want you to use as an exercise today ready. So what I want you to do is I want you to you know. Remember a time, you know when the voice is inside you were quiet and you felt the sense of flow where you were one with the elements, as they say right and everything you would. You were just going ahead and doing things. They just you were as smooth as as as a knife you know, a hot knife on butter. Yeah, you remember that feeling. How does that happen? It just flows, it just cuts through so effortlessly.

Speaker 1:

And think about, is there any area in your life where you wish your parts would allow you to lead? Think about that. That could be a great opportunity for you to grow your nine C's and build self-leadership. Do, let me know what you think about this. I personally follow all of this for myself, my clients and patients and, believe me, it's life changing. And it also remember. It's about also being compassionate about everybody, including you as self, and if you are self-led, then you will be compassionate.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so understand this. There will be times that very powerful, strong parts will take over. They will be the moment you become curious at that time. Right, you operate out of. Hmm, interesting. What is happening? Hmm, what am I feeling, what are my thoughts, what are my sensations? Yeah, that opens the door. That's the beginning of it. It's interesting, yeah. That's why one of your favorite words could be interesting.

Speaker 1:

And you know what? Let me give you another friend, ready and this friend is called I Paul Interesting point of view. The moment you can go ahead and understand that everybody, including yourself, has an interesting point of view around situations, you will be able to look at that interesting point of view of your parts and of everybody else around you that you're related with or related to. Okay, and it suddenly makes life so interesting. Because what is it? It is just an interesting point of view that they have, or you have, right, and that opens doors for you, opens doors for self-leadership. Interesting, right Now. Tomorrow, we are going to go ahead and talk about the different types of bots, yeah, so that you'll be able to recognize them more, you'll be able to understand their presence more, and that would really help you. Yeah, become a better leader, who is active, who is clear and who is compassionate. That's all I have for you today. I'll see you tomorrow, thank you, bye-bye.
