Today is October 22nd, 2025. My name is Dr. Abhaniu Rathor, and I am the founder of the Anti-Fragilent Operating System. And here is the transmission for the day. If you've been following this podcast, you know that the last series was about trauma. Not just traumatic events from the past, but how trauma shows up today through emotional swings, exhaustion, overthinking, coping behaviors, physical symptoms, sensory overwhelm, relationship patterns. And so many of you wrote to me saying, I finally understand what's happening to me, but now how do I get out of it? That's why I am doing this raga series R A G A series. The trauma series helped you recognize the wound. And raga is the bridge to recovery from survival to thrival. Now let's understand why healing is harder today. You know, today people try everything meditation, journaling, therapy tools, positive thinking, mindset affirmations, diets, and supplements. But for most people the shift doesn't sustain. Not because they are weak, but because of the world we are living in. We are actually living in a VUCA world. V U C A world. V stands for volatility. And the thing is this that life changes faster than the nervous system can stabilize. There's sudden financial shocks, job changes, relationship ruptures, health scares, and you know constant crisis news. So the body never gets the time to recover. Then there's uncertainty. You don't know who will stay, what decisions are right, how long something will last, and what future looks like. The nervous system stays in microfreeze. Then complexity. You know too many demands at the same time, work, family, money, responsibilities, notifications, social pressure. Actually there is no space to breathe. And then there's ambiguity. Nothing feels clear. People's intentions or life's direction, identity, choices, emotions, relationships. Ambiguity drains emotional energy. So what happens? Even when you try to heal, the world reins you. You know, it's like it's like healing a fracture when someone taps the bone every day. Coping keeps you alive, but coping destroys your chance of thrival. Why traditional tools often fail now is because actually let me say this respectfully, you know, with a lot of respect. As a clinical psychologist and a functional medicine practitioner myself, I've seen people do everything right therapy, meditation, journaling, gratitude, breath work, diet changes, supplements, affirmations. Now even if they don't do it right, they attempt all of these. They do give their best. And you know what? These tools are powerful. But today, many people still don't shift. Or their shift doesn't hold. Why? Because these tools work when the system is calm. But most people are in survival mode today. And in survival mode, the reptilian brain takes over, which is what? Instincts. The limbic brain takes over, which is what? Emotions. And the prefrontal cortex shuts down, which was responsible for what? For clarity, for discipline, for memory. You know, it's like you can't ask a drowning man to swim gracefully. You can't ask an overwhelmed mind to journal calmly. You can't ask a frightened nervous system to meditate. Even targeted neutraceuticals don't work if the nervous system is stuck in fear. So this is when healing becomes unnatural. But listening that is natural. Listening is the first ability humans develop. A baby recognizes sound before it sees light. Sound is the language of safety. Listening does not require discipline, focus, calmness, effort, or motivation. And that is why the loops are built on sound and not willpower. And that is the reason why healing becomes effortless. So raga brings back rhythm. And the interesting thing is that everything healthy in nature is rhythmic. Heartbeat, breath, sleep, hormones, emotions, seasons, tides, healing. You get the drift, right? Now when rhythm breaks, the system falls apart. The emotions become unpredictable, the sleep becomes disturbed, the thoughts become chaotic, energy collapses, relationships feel overwhelming. Raga restores rhythm across the six bodies that we have, which is physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, energetic, and electric. I've mentioned that in one of the episodes. Now, when rhythm returns, healing stops being something you do. It becomes something your system automatically shifts into. And something extraordinary happens. You know, life will always have highs and lows, but once you evolve out of survival and into rhythm, even your lowest lows become higher than the highest highs you ever had in a coping-based life. So you don't collapse the way you used to, you know, and your recover your recovery is faster, your reactions are softened, and your mind doesn't spiral. And your system becomes unshakable. So what does rhythm do? Rhythm actually raises your baseline. You must be actually wondering why am I talking about loops in this podcast? See, the fact of the matter is that thousands of people are using our loops and evolving without effort. Now comes the patal loops, which is what? Poverty to abundance activation in life loops. Now, patal is your evolution engine and your evolution shield. Patal has seven days, each with four variants. Now, what happens is that as far as the patal loops are concerned, okay, they sound the lyrics are exactly the same for everybody in a given language. But everyone, every user's loops are energy encoded after we create their personalized freedom loops. It's like two toothbrushes that look the same, but you wouldn't use someone else's, right? And the amazing thing again is this that even the pathal loops, they work with passive listening, but they must be heard alone or on a headphone. Unless, you know, there's a couple, okay, with or with kids, okay, or without kids also who share the same encoded set. Now, what does patal do? Patal prevents regression. So what users report is that when they are surrounded by many people, stress, noise, opinions, conflict, negativity, they normally would react, collapse, get drained, or lose themselves. But with pathal, they don't react. They don't collapse, they don't absorb others' energy. Their system stays steady and their evolution stays protected. Now, they may take longer to move from day one of patal to day two because the nervous system is processing other people's energy, but they don't go backwards. Patal is the one that absorbs the chaos for them. And this is evolution without effort and protection without discipline. Now, when you cross one day of the pathal loop, how many ever calendar days you take, that's okay. But you actually, your thinking patterns, your the way you process emotions and everything, people have reported, and and I have experienced it myself with my own pathal loops, it shifts massively, about seven to ten years per day. And as I said, you know, most people don't do not move one calendar day at a time, as far the patal loop is concerned. They don't move day one to day two in just one day. It might take two days, five days, or nine days. And how do you know it's time to shift? It's you know it's time to shift to day two of Patal Loop when your head starts feeling heavy while listening. And what is this heaviness actually? This heaviness is your subconscious reorganization. It's like your body giving a signal that you know what, I've integrated this, let's move on. And what do you do after day seven? You restart at day one. Now, each cycle works on a different layer, and the most amazing thing is you don't have to know the layer it is working on. Because it might be working on self-worth for somebody in the second cycle. Boundaries, money safety, confidence, receiving, identity, relationships, expression, whatever. Okay? So you're supposed to go ahead and repeat these loops where you're listening to your personalized freedom loops every day, and you're listening to the particular pathal loop you are on, okay, and you're you are going on this way for about hundred days. And and how are these loops built? These loops are what sounds absolutely normal music and lyrics. They're actually built using principles from Ai Ching, which is which is actually one of the oldest documented texts, and it's much older than most of the religions in the world. And you know, Ai Ching talks about the fact that there is something called water eye, which is which is a state of compassion, softness, and self-energy. And there is also something called the fire eye, which is movement, desire, action. Now see, fire heats the water, and water shapes the fire. Together they create rhythm. Otherwise, what happens? If you have too many desires, right, but you don't have compassion, softness, and ability to stand still, you get burnt out. Or if you have too much of compassion, softness, and you're just standing still and you're not moving forward, then then there is nothing in life that you can desire or move towards. So therefore, fire is needed to heat the water, and water is needed to shape the fire, just like water is or the river, you know, in the forest actually contains the forest fire. So, as I said, they together create the rhythm. And this is why evolution actually becomes effortless when you're losing your loops.
