RAAGA Mini Series Ep 5 of 6 — GROUNDING: Stabilizing Amplified Energy in a Chaotic World | NowShift October 26, 2025
When growth outpaces grounding, even breakthroughs can burn you out.
In this episode, we explore how to stabilize rising energy — not by slowing down, but by rooting deeper.
We begin by reframing grounding as the neutron of transformation — not glamorous, but essential. It holds intensity without shattering. Through gratitude, humility, and appreciation, we show how to convert heightened energy into emotional maturity.
You’ll be introduced to a powerful nightly ritual:
W.W.W. — What Went Well.
It’s not about perfect days. It’s about real proof:
A moment of pause.
A glass of water.
A gentle breath before reacting.
These micro-movements signal safety to your nervous system — and safety is the soil where courage grows.
We also introduce the C.O.R.E. Model of Resilience —
Control. Ownership. Reach. Endurance.
You’ll learn how grounding restores agency, shrinks the spread of negativity, and boosts your emotional stamina.
Biologically, you’ll understand how:
- Recognition boosts serotonin
- Acknowledgment lowers cortisol
- Tracking small wins reprograms your brain to scan for opportunity, not threat
We break down how the Six Bodies look and feel when ungrounded — shallow sleep, scattered mind, ego flare-ups, energetic leaks — and contrast them with grounded states: deep rest, clarity, steadiness, coherence.
You’ll also hear how to build stabilizing loops using identity and capacity rituals — running quietly in the background while your life accelerates forward.
And perhaps most importantly —
You’ll learn how to honor days that don’t go to plan…
Because even in chaos, grounding helps you spot the quiet wins.
🎙 If your spirit is rising fast — this episode will help your feet stay on the Earth.
Follow the show, share it with a friend who’s building something big,
and tell us your 3 “What Went Well” items in the comments or a review.
Let’s rise rooted.
Let’s build without burning out.

Today is October 26th, 2025. My name is Dr. Abimani Rathor, and I'm the founder of the Anti-Frigilent Operating System. Welcome back to episode number five of the RAAGA RAGA miniseries. Where we talk about grounding. And that is, we talk about stabilizing the amplified energy in a chaotic world. So by now your energy has started rising. Rhythm brought you back, or rather rather brought your body back into safety. Resonance brought your parts back into harmony. Alignment reconnected you with direction, and amplification multiplied your momentum. And now comes the most underestimated part of transformation. Grounding. Why? Because we live in a VUKA world that is volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. When the outside world is chaotic and your inner energy starts rising, your system needs something to stabilize that power. Not because raga makes your life unstable, raga actually cleans instability. The world makes life unstable. Grounding is what protects your momentum. So what is grounding? Grounding is the actual neutron. If via that is visible inspired action is electricity and reciprocity is magnetism, then grounding is the neutron. Inside an atom, neutrons don't shine, don't get credit, don't get noticed. But without them, the atom's become atom becomes unstable, radioactive, and eventually self-destructs. Human beings are exactly the same. You can be powerful, talented, inspired, amplified, but without grounding, the energy burns you instead of building you. So what is grounding? Grounding is keeping your heart soft while your power rises, staying humble while your life upgrades, staying grateful even when some things still hurt. Staying connected even when ego whispers, you don't need anyone now. Grounding makes power mature. Grounding turns fire into light. And this is where the GHA code comes in. Grounding in raga happens through three forces. The first is gratitude. Noticing the good, noticing what is improving, noticing what didn't fall apart. Then humility. The fact that realizing that I am a conduit, not a controller. Energy flows through me, not from me. Then appreciation, celebrating movement, not perfection. A one percent shift is still movement. Progress counts, even if invisible. And we do this through one small daily practice. Which is called the radical positivity observation RPO. Or the WWW practice. Every night you write what went well, not what was impressive, not what was big enough, not what was perfect, just what went well. Maybe you drank water on time. Maybe you didn't react to someone. Maybe you walked for ten minutes, maybe you posted a reel. Maybe you rested without guilt. Maybe you felt peaceful for a few seconds. It counts. Everything counts. Because the rule is quantity over quality. We are not judging wins, we are documenting wins. Why? Because your nervous system needs proof of safety. Your brain needs evidence of movement and your parts need to be seen. So people actually think that grounding is peaceful. No, no, no, it is not. Grounding requires courage. It takes courage to look at what went right on a day that everything felt wrong. It takes courage to acknowledge tiny progress when one big thing collapsed. It takes courage to write WWW even when the mind says the f this failure ruined everything. Nothing worked. What's the point? This is the halo effect. One negative event paints the whole day black. Radical positivity observation is your rebelling against the halo effect. It is emotional leadership. It is you telling your nervous system, yes, something hurt, but not everything is broken. You're telling your parts that, yes, something failed, but something moved. Energetically, this is courage. The minimum frequency where magic begins, that is 200 Hertz. Below courage, transformation collapses. Above courage, transformation compounds. On your worst days, WWW prevents relapse. On your best days, WWW prevents ego inflation. Either way, it stabilizes your energy. And now let's understand the core of grounding as talked about by Paul Schultz from Adversity Quotient, or inspired by him actually. So see, grounding isn't just emotional, it is psychological intelligence also. Paul Schultz, who created the concept of adversity quotient, used the acronym CORE. C stands for control, O stands for ownership, R stands for reach, and E stands for endurance. And grounding activates all four. Control. When life collapses, most things are not in your control. Other people's behavior, economy, results, timing, outcome of actions. But movement is in your control. The documenting what went well is in your control. Every WWW written is your brain saying, I still have control over my direction. Ownership. When you write WWW, you take ownership of your effort, your intention, and your progress. You're not waiting to be rescued. You're saying, I'm still in the game. Reach. When grounding, or rather without grounding, one bad moment becomes a bad day. A bad day becomes a bad week, and a bad week becomes a bad life. This is emotional flooding, but WWW limits the reach of negativity. A fight doesn't destroy the whole day, a setback doesn't destroy your identity, you contain the damage and protect the rest of your field. And endurance, grounding builds emotional stamina because strength is not the absence of pain. It is the ability to keep moving gently while pain exists. When you document even a tiny win, you're building the muscle of I don't break, I bend, and I rise. So WWW isn't positive thinking, it is core-based resilience applied to real life. You're building a system that is built to last, not exploited to burn. So what is the biology of grounding? See, positive recognition raises serotonin, acknowledgement reduces cortisol, tracking small winds trains neuroplasticity. The brain starts scanning for opportunity instead of danger. You're literally reprogramming your inner world. You're teaching your brain look for life, not fear. Grounding protects resonance from distortion. Grounding protects alignment from ego. Grounding protects amplification from burnout. So how does the lack of grounding look across the six bodies? See, when grounding is missing, the physical body, you know, your sleep is shallow, digestion becomes irregular, blood sugar spike happens, cortisol increases, mine and inflammation becomes a disease, you know, could be gut tissues, autoimmune, leads to autoimmune issues, then stress, diabetes, tension, hypertension, all of that stuff happens. As for the mental body is concerned, you know, your thoughts race, overanalysis happens, you forget wins and remember only failures, and your brain scans for danger, not solutions. As far as your emotional body is concerned, irritation becomes anger, sadness becomes despair, small disappointments become self-doubt, and mood swings intensify. As far as your spiritual body is concerned, ego inflation or collapse happens, you feel abandoned by life, you forget purpose, you lose connection to something bigger. In the energetic body leaks, drains, overwhelmed, you feel exhausted without doing anything, and other people's emotions enter your field too easily. And as far as the electric body is concerned, the heart-brain communication breaks down, nervous system becomes reactive, body stays in fight or flight, and small triggers feel huge. This is how people burn out after success, not because they were weak, but because their transformation was not grounded. And just the opposite of that, how does grounded state look across the six bodies? When grounding is present, the physical body, in the physical body, your sleep restores, digestion calms, inflammation drops, immunity strengthens, and the recovery becomes fast. In the mental body, the thoughts organize, ideas become clearer, decisions become lighter, and inner noise reduces. In the emotional body, mood stabilizes, reactions reduce, peace lasts longer, and shame and criticism soften. In the spiritual body, humility increases, gratitude expands, guidance feels present. Ego stays gentle. In the energetic body, your field becomes contained, you stop leaking energy, and other people's chaos doesn't enter you. You feel steady, not shaken. Electric body, your heart rate stabilizes, your heart brain coherence returns, your vagus nerve relaxes, and the body feels safe to grow. This is why grounding is not optional. It's the neutron of transformation. So what is the practical reality? This entire grounding process requires eight minutes of personalized freedom loop, eight minutes of PTAAL loop, which is energy encoded with your PFL, five minutes of WWW. That is five minutes of conscious effort in 24 hours of a day. Because loops don't require attention. This is grounding. See your personalized, so how do these loops really create grounding? See your personalized freedom loops, they ground you in your ideal life vision. They remind you who you are, where you're going, why your journey matters. Identity becomes steady, parts feel safe, and you can appreciate even 1% progress. Now your PTAA loops, that's your poverty to abundance activation and life loops, they ground you in your evolution today. Every day, processing power increases, emotional resilience expands, stress reduces, clarity rises. Even if the world is chaotic, you are rising. This is grounding. Now let's look at some real life examples. I had a terrible day, a fight at home, a loss in business. My mind kept saying nothing worked. But when I wrote WWW, I wrote, I drank water. I didn't shout. I walked 20 minutes. That's not a ruined day, that's a surviving day. Another client said, nothing amazing happened, but I felt peaceful for 10 minutes. I think that was God. Some days your wins are big, some days they are tiny. Some days the win is simply, I'm still here. This is grounding. Why does this matter? Because when your life becomes fast, powerful, expanded, grounding keeps your feet on the earth even when your spirit is touching the sky. It keeps your your transformation sustainable, it prevents burnout, it protects or protects your nervous system. It keeps you humble, grateful, and human. Grounding is what is what makes is what makes growth beautiful. In the final episode, we talk about abundance, not just money, but emotional, relational, spiritual, and systemic abundance. And why grounding is what makes abundance safe to receive, safe to hold, and safe to expand. I'll see you tomorrow. Bye-bye.
