We discuss reverse discrimination and affirmative action plans by employers. White men have rights to be free from employment discrimination when minorities are favored. This goes to recruiting, hiring, promotion, and career advancement opportunities. While there is no bright line between what is permissible and impermissible in today's era of inclusiveness and diversity, we explain the rules from the US Supreme Court and current events that make this all relevant.
