On the earlier side, I joke, it's like the theater time we eat at 530,"},{"speaker":"6","startTime":240.48,"endTime":246.84,"body":"00. And since we have young children, but then that actually allows us a lot of family"},{"speaker":"6","startTime":246.84,"endTime":251.25,"body":"time. So I don't do work till my children go to bed."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":251.25,"endTime":257.4,"body":"And we have nice time as a family, sometimes watching a movie, sometimes just playing"},{"speaker":"6","startTime":257.4,"endTime":262.29,"body":"games. And that has been very fulfilling because I think it's important for everyone to"},{"speaker":"6","startTime":262.29,"endTime":266.43,"body":"have that balance of family and friends along with work."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":269.87,"endTime":273.35,"body":"Social media certain plays an important role in our society."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":273.35,"endTime":278.21,"body":"It can be a great source of information, sadly, also misinformation."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":278.39,"endTime":283.55,"body":"So what I do is I take a break from social media every day."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":283.55,"endTime":288.86,"body":"So I know some people sometimes will do it for extended periods of days or weeks or even"},{"speaker":"6","startTime":288.86,"endTime":294.65,"body":"months. For me, it's more of a few hours during the day."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":294.89,"endTime":298.59,"body":"Personally, I don't check social media when I wake up in the morning."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":298.61,"endTime":301.55,"body":"That's not the right time to get all agitated by it."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":301.55,"endTime":307.52,"body":"And I don't do it before I go to bed because I don't want to have things on my mind and I"},{"speaker":"6","startTime":307.52,"endTime":310.66,"body":"don't do it when I'm with family and friends."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":310.67,"endTime":315.74,"body":"And it annoys me, to be honest, when other people do, because I think you need to be"},{"speaker":"6","startTime":315.74,"endTime":321.17,"body":"present. I've learned we will regret those opportunities later on if we don't take"},{"speaker":"6","startTime":321.17,"endTime":326.6,"body":"advantage of them now, some of those little things that won't seem so little, you know,"},{"speaker":"6","startTime":326.6,"endTime":327.89,"body":"ten years from now."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":330.23,"endTime":336.41,"body":"Years ago when I'd go to bed I'd have it as my time to review the day."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":336.41,"endTime":338.25,"body":"Things that went well."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":338.28,"endTime":340.14,"body":"Things that went badly."},{"speaker":"6","startTime":340.14,"endTime":345.21,"body":"And I've learned over the years that's not a good use of time, certainly not before"},{"speaker":"6","startTime":345.21,"endTime":351.96,"body":"bedtime. So for me, right before I go to sleep, right now, my focus is just a quick"},{"speaker":"6","startTime":351.96,"endTime":354.45,"body":"reminder. I wouldn't trade it."}]}
