And you know, how how important a community is."},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":409.0,"endTime":414.34,"body":"And one of the things that I do on Fisher Island is I teach a class, a boot camp class,"},{"speaker":"and that's where a lot of the people gather 8","startTime":414.34,"endTime":419.53,"body":"00 in the morning, not only for the class,"},{"speaker":"and that's where a lot of the people gather 8","startTime":419.53,"endTime":424.81,"body":"but to the social interaction, but also get into adverse situations where they have to"},{"speaker":"and that's where a lot of the people gather 8","startTime":424.81,"endTime":426.16,"body":"challenge their bodies."},{"speaker":"and that's where a lot of the people gather 8","startTime":426.16,"endTime":433.39,"body":"So we work with, high net worth individuals in that situation, you know, very high net"},{"speaker":"and that's where a lot of the people gather 8","startTime":433.39,"endTime":438.97,"body":"worth individuals. So so you just hit on one of the keys to this whole idea that what we're talking"},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":471.91,"endTime":479.86,"body":"about is creating a culture, a new next level culture of wellness for pro-aging and"},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":479.86,"endTime":485.89,"body":"longevity. But but what really happens, Peter, is that we, we, we start to evolve"},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":586.18,"endTime":589.96,"body":"differently right after the pandemic."},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":589.96,"endTime":593.83,"body":"We're we get a different look at at ourselves in the world."},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":594.22,"endTime":599.68,"body":"And, you know, and perhaps, you know, things that were important before, not as in."},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":600.01,"endTime":602.29,"body":"And then we get to drill down on a small piece."},{"speaker":"Peter Bowes","startTime":602.32,"endTime":607.6,"body":"Well, the pandemic changed everything for so many people, and this phrase keeps coming"},{"speaker":"Peter Bowes","startTime":607.6,"endTime":613.96,"body":"back to me. Existing physical conditions of ill health that made those people more"},{"speaker":"Peter Bowes","startTime":613.96,"endTime":619.87,"body":"vulnerable to the virus during the condition, and I think made a lot of people aware that"},{"speaker":"Peter Bowes","startTime":619.87,"endTime":625.6,"body":"they are carrying around existing conditions that are preventable."},{"speaker":"Peter Bowes","startTime":625.72,"endTime":632.08,"body":"And that's putting it as bluntly as I can, that many of the modern day diseases that can"},{"speaker":"Peter Bowes","startTime":632.08,"endTime":637.18,"body":"ultimately, ultimately lead to the end of life are preventable."},{"speaker":"Peter Bowes","startTime":637.18,"endTime":642.94,"body":"And exercise comes absolutely at the top of the list alongside a balanced diet, a"},{"speaker":"Peter Bowes","startTime":642.94,"endTime":645.1,"body":"moderate diet, and and plenty of good sleep."},{"speaker":"Peter Bowes","startTime":645.1,"endTime":649.09,"body":"I think those are, for me at least, are the three key pillars to good health."},{"speaker":"Peter Bowes","startTime":649.09,"endTime":657.01,"body":"But the pandemic just focused our minds on the need to maintain that good level of that"},{"speaker":"Peter Bowes","startTime":657.01,"endTime":659.29,"body":"basic, good level of health."},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":659.53,"endTime":662.05,"body":"So you hit the nail on the head."},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":662.05,"endTime":666.85,"body":"I mean, you really nailed the game changer."},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":667.86,"endTime":676.53,"body":"It the business of of exercise, the business of movement, physical activity along with"},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":676.53,"endTime":679.32,"body":"nutrition. Because remember, our muscles start to break down, right."},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":699.66,"endTime":704.43,"body":"So we want to make sure and I want to I want to be clear, I don't want to run anybody"},{"speaker":"Nate Wilkins","startTime":704.43,"endTime":708.09,"body":"away.
