God has equipped each believer with specific gifts for ministry, not just church professionals. These gifts range from pastoring and teaching to helping, administration, and many others. Despite our doubts or insecurities, God gives these gifts without regret, knowing we are His masterpiece created for good works. The challenge is to overcome obstacles like fear, comparison, pride, and shame to fully embrace and use our gifts. When we all participate in ministry according to our unique giftings, the church functions as God intended—a body where every member contributes to its health and mission in the world.
