Show Notes

Personal branding for leaders is a must for new and emerging leaders. Your personal brand, or leadership brand, should communicate your identity, what you represent and the value you bring to a team, company or client. This is how you build your visibility and influence to get promotions and new clients faster and easier.

However many emerging leaders don’t define or build their leadership brand because it takes time. It takes a long-term approach to define, build and communicate your personal brand as a leader. Not everybody is willing to put in this amount of effort.

In my work as a leadership coach, I’ve seen the positive results of building your leadership brand. I’ve worked with clients who have attained promotions and new clients as a result of a visible personal brand.

Having a leadership brand is absolutely a must in the future of work for new and emerging leaders. I share my insights with you in this episode.

In this episode, Personal Branding for Leaders: Why It’s a MUST for New Leaders, you will learn:

  • Why people overlook personal branding.
  • How personal branding has been cheapened by social media.
  • What is a personal brand for leaders (leadership brand).
  • Why personal branding is a must for new leaders.
