J.Mix
Jessica Mixon (J.Mix) is a multi-hyphenated performing artist from New Orleans, LA. Many would describe her as a radiant, brave personality with an empathic heart and creative spirit. Although there were many good moments throughout her childhood, there were also unforgettable moments of abuse that have left a deep wound on how she maneuvers through her daily life. She was fortunate enough to receive a clinical diagnosis of anxiety and depression in 2018. During that year, J.Mix also made a pact with herself to reclaim her life and stand up to those setbacks that kept her from reaching her fullest potential. Today, J.Mix lives to influence herself and others, from every age and background, to reclaim their purpose. At the present moment, she is doing this through The Self-Aware Millennial, writing music, rollerskating, and making quality time for the person that matters the most... herself.
