"Saigon Steve" talks with Sam Creed (Flight Facilities Operations) about his tour at Phu Cat Air Force Base Vietnam -- and his duties with the Control Tower (ATC)  and Radar Approach Control (RAPCON). He also helped facilitate and feed the orphans at Phu Cat Village for a 1968 Christmas Party.
