00:08:15.120 --> 00:08:16.879 The Thessalonian church. 00:08:17.199 --> 00:08:22.800 He hits them up with some hard meat in just a moment, but the church is only a few months old. 00:08:22.959 --> 00:08:30.000 When we look at Acts, I think it's Acts 17, it tells us that that church really was only a few months or to one year old. 00:08:30.240 --> 00:08:33.679 And so a lot of people say, well, the end times is too much solid meat for me. 00:08:34.000 --> 00:08:35.360 How long you be saved for? 00:09:16.480 --> 00:09:22.559 So that day is talking about Christ's second coming, which is in our future. 00:09:22.960 --> 00:09:34.559 Let no one deceive you by any means, for that day will not come unless, number one, the falling away comes first. 00:09:35.440 --> 00:09:41.039 And the son or and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition. 00:09:41.120 --> 00:09:45.360 He's speaking specifically of a political figure, the Antichrist, okay? 00:09:45.600 --> 00:09:47.039 To come, future. 00:09:47.279 --> 00:09:51.200 So before the coming of Christ, there's a few things that need to take place. 00:09:51.360 --> 00:09:57.200 Number one is there's going to be, according to this scripture here, this text, there's going to be a falling away from the faith. 00:09:57.279 --> 00:09:58.080 I'll explain it. 00:09:58.320 --> 00:10:02.559 Number two, there's going to be the man of sin, or actually says the son of perdition. 00:10:02.639 --> 00:10:09.120 Judas Iscariot was also called the son of perition, which means the son of lawlessness or the son of sin. 00:10:09.279 --> 00:10:13.600 So we're going to see those two factors or two aspects take place, transpire. 00:10:14.000 --> 00:10:14.320 Okay. 00:10:15.039 --> 00:10:17.120 Verse 9, jump to there. 00:10:17.519 --> 00:10:28.480 The coming of the lawless one, the Antichrist, is according to the work of Satan with all power, signs, and lying wonders. 00:10:28.879 --> 00:10:30.080 Verse 10. 00:10:30.480 --> 00:10:40.159 For with all unrighteous deception among those who are perishing, or those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth. 00:10:41.200 --> 00:10:51.679 The truth there is not just facts and figures, it's talking about a person because they would not receive the love of Jesus or the love of truth, okay? 00:10:52.000 --> 00:10:53.600 That they might be saved. 00:10:53.759 --> 00:10:56.879 So that tells us the love of Jesus, that they might be saved. 00:10:57.039 --> 00:11:01.440 Verse 11, and for this reason, God Himself, can you believe it? 00:12:31.440 --> 00:12:32.320 Has that ability. 00:12:32.480 --> 00:12:34.159 Now let me go a little bit step further. 00:12:34.320 --> 00:12:41.759 If you believe, which I do, I believe uh the in the in the future of the Bible that the revelation is not a historical book, I believe it's a future book, mainly. 00:12:42.000 --> 00:12:45.600 That there are some things that have transpired, but I do believe it's a future book. 00:12:45.840 --> 00:12:58.320 And in there, it really is speaking of uh the thousand-year reign, which will be a thousand-year reign of Christ, a um where Satan will be put into the bottomless pit after the tribulation. 00:12:59.440 --> 00:13:02.480 And then he comes out, released. 00:13:02.799 --> 00:13:03.360 What does he do? 00:13:03.440 --> 00:13:14.000 He goes straight to the beloved city, which is Jerusalem, where Jesus will be reigning, and the Bible says he will deceive the whole nations and rally nations, rally nations. 00:13:14.159 --> 00:13:20.960 When it says rally all nations, all is not necessarily taken a literal, it means the majority of nations. 00:13:23.679 --> 00:13:30.399 So sometimes in scripture, when it says as far as the sky, well, it can't be as far as the sky, it's it's just metaphor. 00:13:30.480 --> 00:13:35.279 So when all, it doesn't necessarily mean the cook islands has an army that we're in there because we're a nation. 00:13:35.440 --> 00:13:45.440 It just means general speaking, most nations, all most nations are going to rally, be rallied towards Jerusalem to take on Jesus Christ, the Son of God. 00:13:45.519 --> 00:13:50.320 And we know that God speaks from the breath of heaven and begins to consume the armies and so forth. 00:13:50.639 --> 00:14:03.440 But in there, it's interesting that he has the ability to be able to rally nations after a thousand-year reign of no devils or no demonic infiltration on this earth. 00:14:03.679 --> 00:14:06.159 What is it in the heart of humanity?
