Looking forward to this, but I want to dive straight into the word of God. We're in a time of restoration. I won't give you the backdrop to that, but in Acts it talks about restoring all things. To restore something means the car has been absolutely damaged. The panel beat is looking at it and he's going to bring it back to its original order. Okay, so he's restoring. We've lost some things over time, we've lost certain teachings and so forth that are echoed in scripture. The New Testament believers believe them. The early apostles taught it, and uh somehow through the ages, they're kind of like they're secondary, we don't really focus on them so much. I notice also from one generation to another, we actually lose truths. Have you ever noted that? For those who are study the Bible a little bit, you actually lose um understanding from one generation to another generation to another generation, and uh so two decades ago, I'm very mindful of what was taught then, it's not quite taught today. And I think so, it's it's just it's our Bible teaching today, plus what they taught. So we're stacking truth on truth. Truth doesn't conflict with truth, you add it together and they complement each other. And so I'm mindful of what our forefathers have also taught as well. But I want to jump into this area. Uh, part of our I'm gonna I'll just jump in deep, right? Okay, so here's a scripture for us um in Isaiah 53, verses 5. Prophetically, Isaiah the prophet is speaking about Jesus to come and talking about what he's gonna do. And this is what he said. How accurate is this? But he was wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our sins or iniquities, and the chastisement for our peace was upon him. And by his stripes, you ready? Can you say this together? We are healed, are healed. And then Peter comes on, copycat scripture, 1 Timothy 2 24. He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, the cross, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness by whose stripes you were healed. Okay, so we have we are healed. Isaiah is speaking prophetically, it's amazing because Jesus hadn't uh come to earth then, and then Peter is going back and telling us you were healed prophetically what Christ has done for us. Now, here's this very important scripture. This is our key scripture in Acts verses 14, 8, and 10. And in Lystra, which is apparently a central Turkey or near there, a certain man without strength in his feet was sitting, a cripple from his mother's womb, who had never walked. This man heard Paul speaking. Paul observing him intently and seeing that he had faith to be healed, said with a loud voice, Stand up straight on your feet, and he leaped and he walked. There was a prominent figure, his name was Smith Wigglesworth, who came to New Zealand in about 1922. So here I am. I'm standing in Lower Hut, I'm standing catching a bus, newly saved, around about 18 years of age. And I spoke to this lady next to me. I had an army bag and I had the the book, either it was the ever-increasing faith or the apostle of faith. I forget which one, but I was reading it and it's about Wigglesworth and his material. He was a prominent evangelist, a healing evangelist, 1 Corinthians 12.28, where it talks about, you can bring that scripture up if you like. 1 Corinthians 12 28. Here it is, yeah. And God is appointed or placed in the church, first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings helps administrations and varieties or diversity of tongues go back into there, and it's got what is it? It's got miracles, then gifts of healing. Some people think that's all the early church. We're talking about the Corinthian church, it's after the apostles, and we've got a whole theological teaching. We have taught behind this, so we'll just move on. But healings or miracles and healings, he operated in some people believe the gift of miracles, documented. I think there's between seven to fourteen people raised from the dead during his time. Astronomical miracles. So I'm speaking to this lady, and I I uh was just so excited in my faith to tell everybody about Jesus. So I said to her, Hey, my name's Jonathan. And I said, You know, I gave my heart to the Lord probably about three months ago. I just want to know have you ever known anything about Jesus? And she said, Well, it's interesting you say that. She tells me the story. Now I've got Smith Wigglesworth's book in my bag. She says to me this, she says, Well, she said, I went to this meeting when I was age eight years of age in the old town hall of Wellington. I was reading about the old town hall in Wellington in the book. And and she said, his name was Wigglesworth. And I just about fell down. I thought, the the the coincidence of that, thank you, Lord. I'm reading about it, and she's now telling about it. And she said, I said, Well, what happened? She said, I'll tell you exactly. She said, I was born blind in my left eye, completely born blind. I couldn't see out of it. And she said, Here I am. I responded to his older call and I'm talking like excited. I said, What did you see? She said, On the stage, I saw crutches, wheelchairs, and all sorts. And I thought, thank you. It's what I'm reading in his book. And I said, Well, what happened? She said, He said to me, Woman, he called me a woman. I was only this was saying, I was only eight years of age, and he calls me woman. And he puts his hand on my head, he said, Woman, do you believe? And uh, and I said, Yes, I do. And so he puts his hand, I said, What did he look like? And she said, Well, he's dressed in this gray coat, he was an abrupt man, which is what the book says. She said, He put my hand, his hand, on my uh head, and he says, Woman, be healed. And she said, Immediately, I could see. I was eight years of age. And I said, Will you go to church now? And she said, No, I don't. I I haven't been for many, many, many years. And I said, mate, with that kind of a miracle, I said, here's the thing. I'm reading about him in a book in my bag. And I said, How about that? She she was about, I don't know, 70 or 80 years of age. It was amazing, but it put in me a hunger to not only see people come to Christ, and in Christ church it was good on the old occurrence people come to Christ. Uh, it put in me a hunger to see people miraculously here because I believe Jesus is today exactly what he was like yesterday. Okay. And so what I have found is there is there are like principalities or their theological understandings and positions that actually propagate unbelief or propagate doubt, and they have dismissed the miracles and the healings out of the church. Okay, so we would teach this, the background of this, because there are some people that believe that um that God only speaks through the Bible. Remember, we've taught this? Do you remember? Soulless scripture. I believe in soulless scripture. This is the divine word of God, but I also believe as many are led by the Spirit are sons of God. You know, God speaks to you. You got saved by conviction. Most people, you got born again, not by reading the Bible, you got saved, and someone preached the gospel, or or you were at a low point and you knew about God. Maybe you grew up in Sunday school and cried out to God and you felt his presence. Well, you weren't reading the Bible and reading it through, oh God makes sense, I'm gonna give my life to Jesus. A lot of people do, but that's not always the case. So God does speak to our spirit. Every time he speaks to you, it's always must be mirrored in scripture. Okay, so it must be consistent for the word of God. In other words, some people say this. Well, when God speaks to me, uh, he talks to me, and um, this is that's as equal as the word of God. No, it's not quite. Uh, God speaks to you, it needs to be tested, and it's subject to the word. Okay, has to be tested. Okay, so God gave me this dream call, has to be tested. God spoke to my spirit to go to this country. Good, should be consistent with the word of God, not loopy. You know what I'm saying? But the word of God's not tested. We don't test the word of God as such. This is God's written word for us, okay? So, in there, when we read it, we understand, if we read it for what it's worth, we read it that miracles and healings are evident today, and experience is a good explainer of theology. And so Nicodemus says, No one can do these miracles, speaking of Jesus, unless God was first with them. Okay, so what Wigglesworth did though, he did everything apparently to create faith in the meetings and put faith in their heart. So he would build an expectation up in the hearts of the people. And what the expectation did, it began to unlock the people's hearts so they began to believe God for miracles and believe God for healings, and profound miracles and healings would take place in that ministry as it's happening today. I mean, all you have to do is testify. Some of you have been miraculously healed in the house here, but overseas, they seem to have, I must say, like a definite, clean trust in the Lord. They haven't got all the sciences and the but if's that and what if's that and what if I don't get it. They haven't kind of gone down that line somewhat. It's a kind of a case of, do you believe God can hear you? Absolutely. And then all of a sudden the power of God, boom. Remember, Jesus could not do a miracle in his own hometown, save he lays his hands on a few that they might be healed. It says in the word of God that Israel limited God. That's a real hard pill to swallow. Is that possible to actually limit God? Is it possible Jesus in his miracle three-year tenant or ministry somehow the people in that hometown that were too familiar with him? This is just, this is the neighbor of ours, the brother and sister of so-and-so, and yet they had a they got offended by it, but they had a like a familiarity and somehow didn't reverence the possibility of God can move and they blocked Jesus moving. That's credible. Twice God or Jesus gets an awe. Twice. He's amazed. Number one, he's amazed at that. He's amazed at the unbelief. He's amazed at the group of people that says that he was amazed at their unbelief in his own hotel. Then there's another time when the guy said, All you have to do, don't have to come to my house now. Oh no, no, no, you don't have to come to my house. All you have to do, Jesus, Messiah, all you have to do is speak the word, and I know my servant's gonna be healed because I'm a man of authority and I've got people under me, and I can say, You go here, and he will go there, he goes here and he will go there. So I understand where you're coming from in the realm of the spirit. All you have to do is speak the word and my servant will be healed. And Jesus said, I've not seen such faith like that. So twice, twice now, he gets bamboozled, if you like, or he's in awe or shock or surprise because faith and also unbelief. Nothing else. And so diving into the subject, it's really interesting because the Old Testament in Psalms 103, 2 and 3, Old Testament has a connection. It says, Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all of his benefits, who forgives all of your iniquities or sins, and who heals all of your diseases. Now we've got two things going on here. Okay, put our caps of thinking on. You're talking in one scripture, two benefits. The two benefits are salvation, forgiveness of sins, and the next benefit is your body being healed. Interesting. Now let's look at a New Testament scripture. I love this one, Matthew 9, 4, and 7. Jesus says, which is easier. Can you say the word easier? Right, what is easier? Jesus said, Hey guys, what's easier for me to do right now? What's easier? Okay, what's easier to say your sins are forgiven you, or to say arise and walk? Huh? So now your sins and body being healed. Which is easier for me to say, I could say one or the other. I could say your sins are forgiven, or I could say, get up and be healed in Jesus' name or my name. Okay, so which is easier to say your sins are forgiven, or to say arise and walk, but that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins, he then said to the paralytic, Arise, take up your bed and go to your house, and he rose and departed to his house. Okay. Now here's a leper about to say to Jesus, or he says to him, Hey, master, if you're willing, please could you make me whole? Another translation says, Please will you cleanse me. I was thinking about getting a photograph of someone that has leprosy, and uh, it's pretty full on. I joked because I had that those red spots around my face the other day, and it's one of the reasons why I'm in in Canterbury like that. And uh I joked about that because I said, Oh, it's leprosy, and I thought I shouldn't really say that, because it's actually a pretty serious thing for some people to have. In those days, it was like, wow, you were you were banished, you are rejected out of the whole community. That's it, you're out of there. Leper, leper, and uh, but this guy says, and Jesus, contagious goodness, had no problem at all with touching lepers, and so anyway, so he said, if you're willing, I love Jesus' response. He said, I am willing to be cleansed, and the guy was made whole. There is not one incident, one example in scripture, not one, where Jesus refused healing for somebody, he healed them all who came to him. He didn't say, Oh, well, uh your day is not now. He didn't say the Father wants you to suffer some more. No, he said, It's on. If you can have faith and you can trust in me, it's yours. Hey? The goodness of God. Jesus doesn't want anybody to perish, but all to come. Everlasting life. It's exactly the same thing. God wants us all to walk in divine health. Now, Paul the apostle echoed this. He said, Beloved, I wish above all things that you prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers. Be in good health. We understand what prosperity is. Prosperity from a biblical term is not just talking about financial abundance, it's talking about great relationships. Your kids doing exceedingly well. It's talking about having a great marriage, it's talking about you being supplied for. It's uh talking about you being able to sleep at night with a peace of heart and a sound mind. It's talking about you having a great marriage, it's talking about you having a flourishing relationship with the Lord. It's it also means that you are also having a um your ministry, you've got fruit around it. That's what prosperity means. It's not just we get tagged in our you believe in the prosperity doctrine. Well, I don't believe in the prosperity doctrine, but I do believe in genuine biblical prosperity. But we have to sometimes, it's the it he he it's who defines the narratives controls the debate. It's like that there, we're talking about biblical prosperity. Please don't menace with my words or change my words. We're not talking about confess it and possess it and name it and claim it and Rolls-Royce's jiving around and you know, flashy suits and that. And man, I won't even go down that way, but I'm talking about God wants to prosper you. He wants to make your soul well. Come on now. He wants to break the shackles of religion and legalism and bring freedom. He wants to break here, he wants to break a bondage off your life and an addiction off your life, he wants to break guilt off your life that you're walking in a great conscience, that you can look our generation in the eyes and say, Jesus has set me free. As much as He's done it unto me, I can be a channel into your life as well. Praise God. But healing is something you can pursue God for, and it's something that we should be asking God, can we be used for this as a ministry? Okay. Okay. Now I'm just gonna go through this. I'm just gonna I'm I'm going over through the notes because it is a proper actual teaching, and I'm just working out where I want to be going with this this morning. Uh, okay, okay. So many people, um, we understand that many people, when they come to Jesus, come to Jesus on hype. God doesn't respond to hype or hope. Come, I I hope he heals me. Okay. I have this, I kind of hope he does. I'm in an altar call. I I I wish. I wish. There might be a chance. Okay. Or stirred up emotion. Well, you're right. No, no, no. These aren't doorways into the realm of the spirit, they're not doorways into miracles. Faith is a doorway, it's one of the doorways. Trusting God and believing God in Jesus' name. Faith is not flimsy, it's not fragile, it's not wavering, it's not uncertain, it's not unsure, it's not dependent on circumstance. It's the nature of faith is to be truly convinced and fully persuaded. But you see, it's this persuaded in what? It's persuaded that what we build our faith on has to be the word of God. What else do you build your faith on? He said it, you see, you can read a book on divine healing, and that's great. But ultimately, he who's got the say is the author of the book, the Bible. We can believe all sorts of things, but I want to know what Jesus said. He has the first say, the present say, and the final say. It's what God says, not what Jonathan says, not what your pastor says, it's what he says. And even the guys and the friends that went over it, checking out what you were saying, Paul. We will go away and we'll see if it is in scripture. I think that's a great thing to do. Checking out the word of God. How much is it true? Is it an exaggeration? But you see, it's echoed through scripture, his healing. He's called the great physician. Now, I believe this. He wants to heal emotions, he wants to heal us from some of our past. He wants to down the bloodlines and bring a healing into our life that way and bring deliverance and freedom. The captive set free. Uh, I think it's is it Luke 4:18? The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because He's anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor. Can we have that one? He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, recover your sight to the blind, and set at liberty those who are oppressed. The ministry of Jesus is setting people free. There was a woman, and I think Donna, you've got a uh uh uh testimony almost like her testimony. Okay, and Donna could get up and say this better than anybody else, but for the time of and you've heard her testimony. How much percentage do they give you that you would uh survive? Naturally, how much percent was it? Pardon? 10 or 20 max. Okay, here's Donna today. Let's give the Lord a hand this morning. Can I say something? Body full of cancer, rushing in between Orkan and Wellington, uh, Orkin and Christchurch. Very similar testament to what this woman in America. She's uh just passed away and uh uh naturally through just old age. And what had happened, her husband was John Osteen, who was a word of faith pastor, he died many years before her, but she gets they say to her, man, you've got cancer. Pretty serious. She said, I decided I wanted to live. I decided I want to trust the Bible, I'm gonna trust the word of God. She said, So I wrote out scriptures, I would be uh uh in the kitchen and uh preparing food, and my body would be in pain and I wouldn't capitulate or give way to the pain. She said, What I would do is I would quote scripture, I could do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Lord, you are my healer. She said, I had scriptures all around my hospital bed, I would quote them around about a thousand times a day. She said, I was believing for a miracle. Well, her children months later are walking up. The stairs, and she's walking down the stairs completely healed. Like completely healed, totally healed. That's the testimony right there. Very much similar to Donna. Grab the scriptures and we would pray as a church, and she would text us where it's all out, what the doctors are saying. It was amazing. It was just a really powerful testimony. Others are sitting here, and God has healed you from cancer. And something broke over our church, and we decided we would have a cancer-free church. We were just going to declare it, we're going to speak it out, we're going to believe it. God had given me a word when we first started the church 16 years ago. We first came in, gave me a word that this would be a house of healing. And many people will come and find their home here. So for me, it was healing of the mind, restoration of the mind, stable mind, and um getting the unsound thinking out. Our emotions were being torn apart and broken emotions because of life's the storms of life and relational circumstance. God will bring strategic healing and deep healing into these areas and also physical healing. The God would believe that we're here to actually move in that area. Amen. Wow. Because you know when I first got saved, what happened to me? When I first got saved, I'm 18 years of age playing rugby. 17 years of age was 18 when I got saved. 17 years of age. Selva, you were like this playing rugby. And I I got uh um I was in the ruck and got badly kneed in the nose, and my nose was broken, and the nose was on the angle, and it was black or through here, black or through there. Saturday night, I went home and rang my mate. My parents are out, rang my friend, Steve. I said, What do we do? I said, I can't live like this. So I've been a uh my parents are Christian, and I brought up in a Christian. I knew that I'd seen God move in powerful ways in my family, but I hadn't quite crossed the line. So I said, God, I can't say if you're real, heal me. I said, Please, could you heal this? I will serve you if you do that. How about that? What a negotiating point. How many of you know God's a negotiator too? I say that absolutely respectfully. He took me up on my word. He said, Too late, you said it. So I played on the Sunday. I'm not supposed to be playing rugby, but in those days you got away with everything, okay? I played James, I played on the Sunday, shouldn't be played on the mall again, the right, and I get bashed in the nose again, had to be me. And I lost the oh no, no. I hope it's the nose is pointing this way now. And the black eyes will take care of themselves. No, but I go back into the changing sheds. I went off, and uh I said, you need to get off that field. And guess what happened? My nose was completely straight, and the black eyes had gone, completely gone. Now, I walked out of those changing sheds. I know what field that was on, and I walked, and I'm thinking, man, this is this is just like wow, this is incredible. Was it right what I saw back there? Or should I have another look? And uh, and and and guess what? Echoing inside of me, I wasn't a Christian, but inside of me were these words you I will serve you if you heal my nose. It was like, I will serve you, you, you, you if you heal you. It's just like wow, okay. It was three months later, I went to a camp, a youth camp, and realized, man, these guys have got something I don't have, peace and joy. And I surrendered my three days. It took me in my bedroom, and I I wrestled and thinking, what am I gonna have to give up? What do I have to do? How serious am I? And I surrendered my life for Jesus Christ. But it actually came out of a miracle that that really and and some stuff that my dad had done that was had a profound impact. My dad had a lot of influence on me getting saved. Okay, so let's let's look at this. Did you know that Jesus healed everybody? He healed all who were sick, healing every sickness and infirmity amongst the people, healed them all, so many as it came and touched, made well. The power went from and healed them all, healed them all, all, all, healed them, healed them, healed them, healed them, works, healed them all. You keep on going through. Now, if I was to teach this, I'd actually go through that, and this is like wow. But I'm just telling you what it's saying. I've got these scriptures here if you really want them. And then we see this that Jesus, remember, could do hardly a miracle in his hometown because of their unbelief. So Jesus comes on and he says things like this. I have not found such great faith, not even in Israel. Where why are you fearful, O you of little faith? When Jesus saw their faith, only believe and you'll be made well. Daughter, your faith has made you well. Do you believe I'm able to do this? Well, according to your faith is done, O woman, great is your faith, let it be done to you as you desire, go your way. These are all different scriptures. Faith is made. Arise, your faith has made you well. If you can believe all things are possible for those who believe, and then the prayer of faith will made you well. Now, I believe personally, one of the bigger attacks in the Western world, and one of the big attacks on us as the church, the Western church is really in the area of unbelief. There are two attacks on the church, if you like. There's more than that, but two, I bring it down to two. Number one is the authenticity of the word of God, and number two is the supernatural power of God. Can God do and does God do and will he permit to happen today what he did yesterday through the local church? That's under assault. Okay? So those two things, but that's our power source. We're a Pentecostal church. We believe that. We believe the roots of the church are in the Holy Spirit. We believe in the gifts of the Spirit, we believe in the five-four ministry gifts, and we've got evidence to prove it. So it's just not, you know, if I'm wrong, then let the evidence of the word of God speak. But if I'm right, let the evidence of the word speak and confirm. And it's exactly the same. We have fruit to uh to prove it. Okay? And so you go through this whole area and you realize faith is important. And then we've got this one. Why did you doubt? Why could we not cast it out? Jesus said, because of your unbelief. You of little faith. Why do you remember? Why do you reason amongst yourselves? Why are you afraid, you of little faith? Where is your faith? Right through. Where why do you doubt? All these things. Okay. So then we jump into this. So you I know you're totally convinced. Oh my, we'll just might. But God is amazing. He's a healer today, and he moves in your life. Now, what God wants to do is actually raise up you two to work in the area of healing. So it's just not a five-fold ministry gift in 1 Corinthians 12 verses 8. It's every single person, Matthew 28, going into world, preaching the gospel, and signs and wonders and miracles are supposed to follow the church. You know, what do you give a cripple? I can give them the gospel, that's the good news. The good news of what? Well, when I die, I go to heaven. Yes, but does God do anything on earth? John 10 10 sort of thinks so. The enemy comes to steal and to kill and straw, but I claim that you might have life and life more abundantly. God wants you to have abundant life now. Part of it is future, yes, but part of it is now. The kingdom of God is future, but part of it is now. Now is the time for salvation. Now is the time for healing. We can walk in a realm of healing. That's why I think we should be eating sensibly, because the Bible talks about honoring the temple of the Holy Spirit. We honor the Lord in all that we do like this, and therefore we can come to God and believe for miracles because we've met some conditions of we have faith in God and we're believing in God for a miracle in Jesus Christ's name. My life is full of healings and it's full of miracles, incredible things. I mean, we've seen amazing things happen. Some of you have laid hands on people and seen incredible things. Some of you have been healed of all sorts of things. What we have to do is stir that ministry up. We need to stir it up. Paul said, stir up, Timothy, the gifts that came through the laying on a hand, stir them up. They can remain dormant. The tongues, the interpretation of tongues, the wisdom, the prophecy, the faith giftings, the healing, the miracles, the interpretation of tongues, whatever it is, gifts of the serpent of wisdom, they can remain dormant, but you can stir them up. I've got a board meeting tomorrow, for example. I'm using this as an example. I haven't got a board meeting tomorrow, but if I had, I'm using this example. Board meeting tomorrow. And I'm going in with the wisdom of God. Huh? I'm going in with the wisdom of God. So I'm asking God, please, would you give me that wisdom? And then they say, Well, Jonathan, what do you think? And I say, Well, actually, I'll listen to what we said, and this is my conclusion. Bang! And they said, mate, that is awesome. Where'd you get that stuff from? Well, if you really want to know it, that's the Holy Spirit helping you. He's the enabler, the comforter, the helper. Yeah, that is right. That's exactly right. In fact, he's closer than any other counselor. Then I could go to a council or go to therapy, and they could try and write some papers down respectfully. Great industry. And uh, you know, all sorts of stuff, and I can try and work it out, and still kind of like we don't have, you got to come back next week. But the Holy Spirit can go bang. Did you know the entry point happened when you were 14 years of age, and the picture comes, and think, that is exactly right. Well, I can set you free from that, I want to be free, bang, and the Holy Spirit can set you free. That's the God we serve. Seriously, now we serve a supernatural God that created mangoes, man. Pawpaws. Still trying to work out how to create these things. Still trying to work out how to get a blue rose. You look at this beautiful environment. That's God's creation. He can do, he's able to do exceedingly abundantly greater than you ask and imagine according to the power of God that's within you. God is able to do. But we've been taught, we've been taught a religious kind of a concept. Oh, this is a storybooks. Moses and Noah and all these great miracle stories are locked into scripture. The scripture comes alive. Seriously. The renewed mind, you can have it. Romans 12, 2. You can have the transformed mind. God can break the shackles of demonic dreams and uh bitterness and unforgiveness. He can break that, he can break the healing to your heart. He's in the business of healing. And if he's a great physician, he can heal your heart, he can heal your soul from adultery and divorce and uh heartaches and breakups and abandonment and dads and mums leaving and and things that didn't go right at home, he can heal our heart. Not only can he heal our heart and set us free, but he can come and bring stability to the mind, he can bring healing to the mind. But uh yeah, not only can do that to bring healing to the mind and healing into our emotions, this is the Jesus we serve. He can bring healing to our bodies. There have been countless times where people have got down before Jesus and prayed and wept and prayed, and they just said, Lord, help me. Lord, I want you, I just want you, and they've walked up being totally healed. This is the God we serve. Sometimes I wonder if we're embracing what we would call the full gospel. Praise God. So, what we do, the Bible says you speak directly to the stuff in Jesus' name, be healed. Be quiet and come out, peace be still, come forth, go speak to the fig tree directly because you've been given authority. Okay, the invisible world will listen to you if you come in faith in Christ. Not faith in faith, not faith in steps, not faith in formulas, but faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Okay, it's the difference. Use the word authoritatively, with a loud voice, Lazarus come forth. Then Jesus spoke with a loud voice. Paul said with a loud voice, stand up, be healed. It's not yelling and screaming, but it's authority. Now you can be quiet and say, Come out. But you can say, Come out. There's a little bit more in there, you know. It's faith. It's just like, you know, you can. I mean, it's not about how loud you are, it's what's behind what you're saying. But it is faith. The word of God mixed with faith. Who healed this man? Jesus said it was faith in the name of Jesus Christ that healed this man. Established an atmosphere. Jesus put them out of the house. Remember that? Do you remember that Jesus actually moved people out of the house? How offensive can you be? Probably moving some relatives out of the house. He did that in Mark and Acts, uh, pulled it, they repeated it. In um Acts, they moved people out of the house. Okay, the commotion, she's there, just move you up, please. And he goes and prays on the ground, gets up, and begins to pray. Come forth in Jesus' name, live. What he was doing, if you read the story, it's all teaching on that. He created an atmosphere. I said to the Tarsor this morning, you know what I like to do? I like to do a 40-day fast. Ready for this? Of all negativity. He would love to draw me on that. All negativity. For a start off, I would turn the news off. Yeah. For a start off, I'd have to uh um come off some of the sites that they're actually Christian sites, actually. Just telling me what's going on in the world. Just like, okay, okay, all right, okay. Mate, I can't be everywhere at once. Come off negatively. I'd speak to certain people that I do know, and I'd say, look, can you go on a 40 fast because you feed me with information or you do it? People I know in the community, just like, oh, 40 days, man. I'm on a 40 days journey in a pilgrim of just positive stuff. Not new age, please. Not guru stuff. No, no, actually, actually, a couple of scriptures for us. Uh, number one is Ephesians 4 29. Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth, but only helpful, only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs. First thing. Find a need in somebody and fire positive things. You can do it. God believes you need. Philippians 4 8. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, just, pure, lovely, and a good report. If there be any virtue, any praise, think on these things. If there be any virtue or praise, meditate on that. So when the doctor says, Well, to be honest with you, you've got this. I respect you, doctor, but I'm gonna listen to the report of the Messiah. Open up another door. I've got to go back out there and give a report. What do you say? Well, the word mark 16. Um, actually, okay, cool. We're gonna believe God. People talk like that to doctors, they think we're weird, but how tell you what? Then they come back and say, Well, um, this is absolutely remarkable. Like when my eye was I had a hole through that retina, and I was uh dealt to by the top New Zealand surgeon from Sri Lanka at the time. And I said to him, I said, What do we do? Was it will it naturally heal? And he said, No, you will have to weld it over. And he said, You got a hole through there through an injury I had. And I said, What happens to it? And he said, We'll have to. I said, Can it naturally heal? He said, No, no, no, you have to have an operation, three weeks on that operation. So we got people praying, and we quoted scripture and praying. I go see him for the appointment, they look at the eye again, and he said, This is remarkable. These words, this is remarkable. This is remarkable. I'm sitting there thinking, I'm delighted, but I'm not surprised. He said, remarkable. That's got to be positive. And he said to me this, he said, um he said that it's gone. He said, I can't find it anywhere. I walked out of that place, like I was so excited. I never said, Hey man, this is Jesus doing this for me. I never took the opportunity. I was just like, wow, just great. I want to be three more weeks in the operating bed and stuff. God is a miracle healer, He can touch your life. Hey, this morning, let us all stand to our feet right now. Maybe keyboards. Thank you, James. Thank you for your patience this morning. I believe God wants to heal you right here, right now. If you believe the Lord can heal you, I'm gonna get you to put your hand up right now and I'm gonna pray for you in the name of Jesus Christ. If you have an injury, you have a backache, you have shoulders, you have migraines, you might have some related problems, you have uh could be a heart issue, it could be leukemia, for goodness sake, it could be a cancerous situation, it could be a lump somewhere, it could be something that's burdening you, it could be a concern in Jesus' name, it could be asthma, it could be diabetes, it could be heart disease in Jesus Christ's name. It could be that you can't walk straight, you got one leg longer than the other, that your knees are sore, your hips are sore in Jesus' name. God can heal you this morning, and God will heal you by the grace of God, or you have to reach out to Him. You need to pursue healing. The enemy would come afterwards, try to, they call it stealing your healing. It would try to say you haven't been healed, but the Bible says, as they went, they were healed in Jesus Christ's name. I believe in a miracle working God. I believe God can touch you, sir. Right outside, God can catch you, madam. Right outside, sir, God can touch you also in the name of Jesus in the front row. God can touch you. I believe God is willing and he's able to touch every life in Jesus' name. And maybe this morning you might chip in and have cheeky faith and say, Lord, I'm struggling in my mind. I want stability in my mind. Mine is races around, I want healing in my emotions in Jesus' name. You too can believe for a miracle today in the name of Jesus Christ.
