5/31 - Galatians 3:27-4:7 | Because You are Sons

In Galatians 3:27–4:7, Paul reminds us that through faith in Christ we are no longer slaves striving to earn God's approval, but sons and daughters who have already received it. Jesus entered our slavery—born under the law—to redeem us and bring us into God's family through adoption. Because we are united with Christ, we are clothed in His righteousness, filled with His Spirit, and made heirs according to the promise. The Christian life is not about performing for a status we hope to gain; it's about living from the security of a status we've already been given. Stop living like a slave—in Christ, you are a son.
