Hello, welcome back! I hope this finds you in high spirits.  After a spooky, scary detour, we are back with one of the most important series to date: Exploring mental health aspects!  If there was ever a common theme about this podcast, it's this.  Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Over the next few episodes, I will help you discover that living a life with great care for your mental health benefits you. It's going to be informative, relatable, encouraging, and hopefully, fun!
