If you take the traditional approach to creativity, you think in terms of working toward a completed package. You hole up in a studio or cabin for months or years as you work on a new project in seclusion.
Eventually, a collection of your best work is released as a full-length music album, novel, nonfiction book, art or photo exhibit, fashion line, film, stage play, etc. That model was the norm for many years.
