The God who made heaven and earth is not distant or unknown. In this sermon for the Sixth Sunday of Easter, we hear the comforting promise that God draws near to His people in love through Jesus Christ and the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Drawing from Acts 17: 16–31 and John 14: 15–21, this message proclaims the hope that we are truly known by God, loved through Christ, and never abandoned. Jesus promises to be with His people, giving peace and life in a world often filled with loneliness, confusion, and uncertainty.
