The Season of Lint

We can't help it when a spoken word triggers a rogue thought. Some of us deal with this as a temptation to guard against. David has learned to pounce on such opportunities like a cat, playfully pawing at them to see if they might produce giggles. (On our podcasts they typically do.) Apologies for the disturbing visual images exchanged in this episode. But we scampered quickly to wonder aloud about the value of a first-hand experience. For example, an epic moment with Jesus like Palm Sunday – however carefully reported – simply isn't the same as being in the crowd cheering. Carpé diem!
