Hey 👋 , I’m Janine Esbrand, corporate lawyer turned career strategist and executive coach.

In today's episode of the career change maker podcast. I am taking about growing into your new role after a career change.
In April this year I celebrated being in business full-time for a whole entire year. If you've been listening to this podcast for a while you know that I quit my career of ten years to go full-time inside of my coaching business. It has been amazing, incredible roller coaster, emotional, journey so far.
I've been taking time to reflect on the past year and the lessons learned and I thought it would be good to share because this is the part of the career change journey that not many people speak about.
I'll be sharing the three lessons that I have learned since my big career change:
- You won't always know what to do but you can figure it out
- Growth isn't always linear
- Getting into community is vital to your wellbeing and success
