In this episode of the Triangle Podcast, Pastor Greg continues his series discussing “The Beatitudes” from the sermon on the mount found in Matthew 5. Pastor Greg explains how “blessed are the merciful” is a much deeper concept than many people realize. We will learn how mercy is more than just a sense of grace or forgiveness. Jesus challenges us to have a heart of mercy which is a “compassion that moves us to to care for someone in a way that alleviates the struggles in their life.” This is the essence of a Christ-like heart of mercy.
