ABOUT BEAU BEERY
Beau has been in Florida’s commercial real estate business since 1999. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He also holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He began his career in residential property management, working for Trammell Crow Residential Services, then as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for AMJ Group Inc. In 2011, he teamed up with Todd Rainsberger to acquire an interest in Coldwell Banker Commercial M.M. Parrish Realtors in partnership with the Parrish family. He was consistently ranked as the #1 multifamily producer in Florida for the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand and among the Top 5 in the nation every year before starting his own private multifamily brokerage firm in 2021.
