ABOUT ELIJAH BROWN


Elijah Brown, a managing partner at GoldHawk Capital, oversees acquisitions and capital markets. He is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and Army officer. While working as an investment analyst for Bank of America and later as a Healthpeak Properties (S&P500 REIT) manager, he developed a love for real estate. He began raising private capital to acquire over 850 apartment units across the United States. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
