Nominations sought for programs, services that support older people and their families

The Commonwealth Council on Aging is now accepting nominations for the 2024 Best Practices Awards, which seek to recognize innovative programs and services that support older people and their families in their communities. Qualifying organizations and services can include those that provide housing, caregiver supports, transportation, and other services that help older adults to age in the community. The goal of the awards is to recognize creativity in services that are designed to benefit the overall well-being of older people and their families.
