Page, Josephine Hall, 89, of Henrico, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, William C. and Alice Rice Hall; and brother Otis Hall. She is survived by her daughters, Tammy Page and Freda Sergi (Sergio); five grandchildren, Savannah Hoyt (Stevie), Gabrielle Locey (Michael), Ellery Klein, Zachary Sergi (Jessica), and Danielle Sergi; and great-grandson Carson Locey. Josephine was an expert seamstress, an animal lover, and had quite the green thumb in the garden.
