A missing Henrico County man has been located safely in Richmond. Richmond Police found John L. Blanks, Jr. near Byrd Park Sept. 6, several days after he had been reported missing in Henrico. Blanks was taken to a local hospital to receive care for non-life-threatening medical issues. Blanks had last been seen Sept. 2 in the Northern Henrico area.
