In this episode, Ron, Gregg, and Dave begin to practice what they preach. Understanding self begins with an understanding of our own stories, our own beliefs. Religion, love, politics, and more. What stories/beliefs have lasted a lifetime? Do we understand them intellectually, emotionally, and relationally? If we do, we grow, into a wisdom that makes life truly worth living.
