Business Expansion – From No Plan to Multiple Locations
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
You don’t necessarily need a five year plan for business expansion. As we’ll learn this week, you might not need a plan at all! Matt Davis, the founder of Davis Business Law, rolled up his sleeves to tackle unexpected challenges in expanding his firm. The once fledgling law firm is now well on its way to meeting the goal of 30 locations by 2030. His hands-on approach and careful attention to metrics helped cultivate his growth plan which started as no plan at all. By dealing with business vulnerabilities as they come, they stay in the zone of opportunity.
It’s said that experience is the best teacher. Matt has plenty of experience in business expansion to share. Don’t forget to check out his book, The Art of Preventing Stupid, to learn how to avoid common business mistakes. Also keep an eye out for its upcoming successor, The Strong Protected Business.
